I was very excited to receive this wireless headset because of the wireless Bluetooth feature. The sound is great both listening to music and making phone calls. Easy transition from listening to music to answering a phone call. They are very comfortable to wear.
It comes with a small portable case that allows you to store the headphones and the charging cable together. The charging cable can be used with any USB charger. It also comes with three sizes of ear pads, which is nice because I have very small ears and not all headsets fit me well. They charged quickly and the bluetooth was easy to sync to my iPhone. This headset can be used with any smart phone.
The product arrived in a small, sturdy box, form fitting box which kept the product secure and undamaged. Easy to follow instructions included.
Up until 3 weeks ago delivery service from Amazon was absolutely perfect. Now however they changed the pin location for my house without permission to a street 3 miles away. So now nothing is being delivered. Company so far REFUSES to change my location back to the correct address.
Monday November 25 2019, my car caught on fire and a driver from Amazon Prime stopped to put out the fire for me before the fire department showed up. The fire was right near the gas tank. So it could have easily been worse if he had not stopped to help me. Again thank you to the man who stopped.
Purchased an item that was cheaper the next day, so I went on live chat and asked if they could refund me the difference or I'll just re order it and return it, they said they would refund me the difference instead of sending it back as it's a big bulky item. 7 days passed and still no refund so I got back in contact with them to be told their not refunding me the difference as promised because it's not in their policy. If I known I was lied too then I would of just re ordered it and the cheaper price I've attached photos as proof. Any other company would of apologised and refunded me the difference as a good will gesture, but not this one!
If you ever buy anything and the price drops within 30 days, just re order it and return it. It will be costing them more money
These trendy gold rings came in a pack of 6 and look just as good as they do online. I bought them in a size 6 so that it could fit my first 3 fingers and they fit perfectly which doesn't happen often when i buy rings for my small finger size. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

Who doesn't love Amazon. I shop amazon and other merchants for same product but Amazon has stolen my heart now wins almost every time. I can order today and it is here tomorrow. No shipping charge most of the time. If product is not what i expected or no longer needed there is no problem returning with no return fee and money is refunded with out delay.
I don't like leaving negative reviews but I am tired of Amazon sending me the wrong product that I didn't order it's happened morning three times. The packaging department needs to do a better job and the delivery drivers also it's upsetting when you are expecting something and you don't get what you paid for and that makes the process even longer if you pay for Amazon Prime they need to respect it and do a better job for their customers.When ordering from Etsy I've never had this issue!
Pathetic customer service, originally ordered around thanksgiving and got multiple updates on the delivery dates and never received it. I was promised that a replacement will be sent to me at no cost in Dec last week and the pattern repeats, as the order has just the label generated with nothing shipped out yet. Horrible call center reps after numerous transfers and digging into this order they are not even cancelling the order and returning my money.
Good value (including prime video, Amazon Photos …), great customer service, very convenient ( love the Whole Foods grocery free delivery), good products ( Alexa is one of our favorite, can't live without it).

I placed an order for over $400. Out of all of the items, only 2 were actually delivered to me. One because it was sent USPS, the other because I noticed the Amazon truck and I chased him down. I did manage to get a third item that was delivered to the wrong physical address, but I have 2 packages of USB cables and a pack of magnets that said delivered, but it was not to my address and I have not been able to find them. As for the final 2 items, they were supposed to be delivered on August 1st, but then I was sent a message saying it was delayed, it will be on August 3rd. When I reached out to customer service, I was given the run around, then finally told that if it did not arrive by the end of August 3rd to call in for a replacement. At about 8:30pm, half an hour after their own deadline for delivery. I called in for the replacements. First they say wait until the 4th, then started saying wait until the 18th of August before asking them to replace the missing items. I am charged every month for Prime, and before this past year they were usually pretty good about delivering. So far this month, the only things that have actually been delivered to me are about 5 or 6 out of over 20 items. This has gone beyond incompetence and with them thinking it is fine to make a prime member have to wait over half a month for them to get their act together is absolutely unacceptable. I was told there is a Prime guarantee, but clearly that is not true. They fail to deliver, they fail to keep their word, and now they are in fact committing fraud by saying they had a delivery guarantee and not keeping that word. I filed with the FTC and BBB because being charged that much money and then being given the run around as far as delivering what was ordered is just wrong. Do not trust Amazon to do anything other than take your money.
I am keeping this review short and sweet. I often have many bad experiences with retail companies and their poor customer services, but Amazon always comes out on top. Their excellence in customer care makes me favour shopping on their site over anywhere else.
The shipping times are super fast and even on a Sunday too. I have never had any issues with opened or stolen packages from the couriers. If items have been faulty, the incorrect size, or not to my taste, it is free to send back on a majority of items.
The products are packaged really well and I re-use all the boxes to store or ship things.
The staff hired to take calls are very charming, knowledgable and empathetic. I cannot fault the company or suggest any ways to improve.

Offered a promo for downloading their app and signing in for the first time with it. Did just that and I got a notification stating that my promo was denied. Contacted customer support and was informed of certain other "criteria" that was never initially stated. Went up to an alleged supervisor and he didn't solve the issue. Asked to speak to his boss and was denied. Have screenshot proof of the entire thing.
Amazon charge me membership money without permission and don't want to returned back. Every year same thing!

Amazon is starting to be on the same level as ebay (which is not a good thing in my opinion). I ordered a home gym June 4th 2022. It was supposed to be delivered July 4th 2022 (a month after I was charged for it). This was an almost $850.00 purchase and as of today I'm told by customer service to give it another 48-72 hours. If it is not delivered they say they will give a refund or a replacement. I was the home gym but I'm scared to get the replacement and have to wait another month and then that one not show up either. So frustrated
I mostly like amazon. Prices are good. Return policy is good.
The only two problems:
- it took around 3 weeks that my return was accepted.
- there are too much fraud. Like those who set shipping to 20$, but the product is 1$
After my recent fiasco with trying to return a shirt to a department store purchased through an online purchase, I can really appreciate the effortless returns I have had with Amazon over the years. That's the reason why I will always look for items on Amazon prior to any other retailer. Returning an item is as simple as selecting a reason, typing a short description of the problem; and choosing the return method (my favorite is dropping off at the UPS Store). Returns are free and the money is returned quickly.
I received a gift card code in an email from Amazon. The Amazon website states it is invalid. I never used it or sent it to anyone else. I contacted customer service twice and spent over 90 minutes trying to resolve this issue without success. I will not be using Amazon's services in the future if this is the standard of customer service I can expect.

2- the orders get delivered somewhere else Nd they dont even know where it is
3- it is almost impossible to get in touch with them, emails they dont answer phone calls u cant hear them the call is diverted. Thousand times.

I order items from Amazon Prime, trusting that they are being truthful as to the delivery date. Lately however, that trust has been broken. In the last month and a half Amazon has used USPS to deliver a few of my orders. Unfortunately those orders were not delivered as promised. Two of the items were needed to complete orders for my customers. Today USPS determined that had "No access to my location," But Amazon includes delivery instructions on the label, which in my case is our gate code. Why any company would use USPS to deliver orders when they can not be trusted to do so on time and without asking their customer if that is acceptable is beyond me. When I asked Amazon customer service how to avoid my orders from being delivered by USPS, I was told "that is not possible." I consider this totally unacceptable. Amazon Prime delivery trucks are in our gated community every day, several times a day and my last order was a "sponsored" Prime item. Very bad way to do business.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
