LOVE this online company! I have purchased likely over fifty items from them and have never been dissatisfied! The prime membership is awesome! You get two day delivery, sometimes it is one day! I have thought about purchases for birthdays once the week has hit, and felt like I wouldn't be able to get a gift. Then, I remember that they have prime delivery and I am a member, so I am never disappointed! It is one of the best!
I love this site, especially when I can get Free Shipping! My items always arrive quickly. I don't care for the Daily Deals though, they could use some improvement.

They are trying to compete with netflix/itunes/etc, but here is the problem... while they do have a great selection and reasonable prices the quality of the video cannot even begin to compare to that of netflix or itunes right now.
One of my favorites sites to shop. Very trustworthy and no-nonsense shopping. Customer service is great as most customer service related issues is automated electronically and instantly. Prices are fair, not always the best, but fair and honest.
I have never had a problem with Amazon.com directly as they are prompt, professional, and efficient. I have had an issue with a private seller that was selling on amazon, but that can not be blamed on amazon directly.
Bottom line, would do business with again and again and again anytime.
Amazon themselves are excellent. The only problems come when you are ordering from someone on Amazon that are NOT Amazon. Often in these cases the shipping can be more than the cost of the product and a lot of he Amazon benefits are lost. I only order from Amazon myself and am pleased with them.

Amazon is a great place to find some bargains and hard to find items but be careful when ordering from some of the retailers that compete with Amazon on prices (on Amazon's site). Also, if you want to sell something on Amazon be prepared to get royally screwed over! They take a HUGE portion in commission for themselves without doing a thing! I prefer to sell things on Craigslist and not get ripped off.
Been an Amazon Prime Member since they started the program. My first stop for all purchases online (and I do as little brick & mortar shopping possible.) Pricing is generally competitive and many times below total cost (item+tax+shipping) of other sites. I've become spoiled by 2 day shipping - few sites offer comparable total value.
My sister-in-law recommended this site. Its actually great for more than just diapers! I ordered a few items to go with my Phil and Ted's Vibe stroller. Seriously... I ordered it on a Saturday around noon. Literally arrived Monday. How amazing is that? And shipping was free. AND they are on UPromise (1%, no great but its better than nothing.)
