LOVE amazon. Have the prime membership which is SO worth it! Last summer the air conditioner broke. We bought 2 from Amazon and had them the next morning for $7.98 shipping! How nuts is that!

This is one of my favorite online websites. I have been shopping on endless.com for a little over 3 years and purchase from the site 5-6 times per year. The selection is above expectation, the prices are fair and is usually better when it comes to value than Zappos (although I am a big fan of Zappos as well). I love the details provided as well as the customer reviews. The shipping is on par with Zappos, fast and cheap. Returns are free! I couldn't ask for a simpler, easier hassle free return policy. I recommend this site all of the time and even people who do not normally shop online love this site.
I have had good luck with most of my orders from Amazon.com. The only reason I give them a 4 star and not 5 is because they use USPS and it's much slower delivery than UPS or Fed Ex. I've ordered some gaming devices and dvds only.

Amazon.com is one of my favorite shopping sites that I use for gift shopping. They ship orders quickly and provide excellent post order services if you need to return or exchange. They always return my calls or emails within 24 hours. The prices are also unbeatable. I also use amazon to compare prices on same products I found elsewhere. Their prices are always the lowest, plus you can get free shipping on orders over $30.

Have bought more than ten pairs of shoes from Endless.com in the last 12 months. All have arrived in beautiful condition and extremely quickly. Amazing, since I live in Australia and the shoes have to travel a long way to get here. Every order arrived in approximately 5 days and I could log on at anytime and see how my order was progressing. The best thing about Endless is the free shipping, I love free shipping!

Purchased a few things on Amazon - prices were 'okay' meaning they weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either - what I did like though was the ease of the purchase and that the products arrived exactly within the time slots they provided. I also like their review section under each product as I find it helps me to decide if i'm sitting on the fence about a product. Will use them again.

I have complete confidence when I purchase something if I am not happy they have always made it right, by either full return, they have reduced price, they truely care for your customer sastifaction. Just recently I found a bike trailer on walmart, Amazon sold the exact item for 40.oo less and I got it in two days! LOVE AMAZON I cant say enough about this wonderful site that saves me hundreds of dollars in fuel, time and peace of mind.

What doesn't this site have?!?! You can find literally everything you want. Avoid getting glass stuff getting shipped from Amazon though. It's too expensive. Other than that I've never had a bad experience with Amazon.com. Use it frequently.
Excellent EXCEPT the customer service that answered my call in Africa was awful. Wasted my time and did not resolve the shipping issue. I give them four stars because they are stellar otherwise. Much better than eBay!
