When I looked to see how many items I have bought on Amazon I couldn't believe the number was in the thousands. As a busy working mother, the ability to buy products I'm familiar with cheaper and with free shipping is an invaluable asset. I am a Prime member which is well worth the $70 investment. I did have a problem with a purchase that was fulfilled by an outside supplier and when they failed to return my messages, Amazon stepped right in to mitigate. I could not be happier with the ease that Amazon has brought into my life!

I used to shy away from Amazon.com but have used them more and more in the last year. They ship almost immediately and I have Prime delivery (free 2 day) because I am linked to a friend's account who pays for it. However, I have gotten my dad to order and even he was stunned at the speed of their normal delivery. Now, I go to Amazon, I make sure their price is low (normally is) and away I go. I also highly recommend their Amazon Store Card. No interest on larger purchases... perfect!

I was looking to send my parents a care package of particular food items which can be expensive to order online. I do most of my online shopping through Amazon but with food in particular the best prices cannot always be found there for popular brands. I found soap.com through a Google search for a particular food item. They were offering free shipping for orders more than $25.00 and I had planned on spending at least that much anyway. Since the prices they offered on the products I had been looking for were even better than I could find at my local store it was not difficult to spend my money there. Checkout was easy and I noticed they had several departments on their site that all had various names and sold different types of things from food to toys to household items. I cannot comment on prices of other goods they sell or quality since I didn't order anything but food items, but I can say that I noticed you're able to put things from the various stores (departments) into one cart for checkout which is convenient. The package was shipped right away and my parents received it within one week and that was with the free standard shipping so I was happy. I did not personally see how the contents of the package arrived since my parents live in another state but they seemed pleased and made no comment otherwise. I intend to order again from this company for myself since this experience went so well.

I ordered an item for Christmas on a Saturday afternoon. I was quite amazed to actually receive that item Wednesday, 3 business days later. Plus there was no charge for shipping... I would rate Amazon as high in my book for places to order from!

Lots of items to choose from, excellent selection. Nice that even though I ordered things at different times in the day they were packaged together and delivered at the same time. Delivery time could be a bit quicker though.

Amazon offers thousands of products sold by both Amazon and independent sellers. I have had an account with them for several years and ordered my fair share of DVDs, games and office stationary which have all been received with no problems at all. It is always best to check the feedback of independent sellers so that you get an idea of who your dealing with.

Love amazon, especially with my prime membership. It may cost me $80 but its insane that I can order a $4 item and have it shipped with 2 day shipping. Their assortment of products is insane, and it's been fun seeing them grow over the past 15 years. Definitely get the kindle fire HD if you have an amazon prime membership.

I don't want to admit how many times I have used this site in the last few years, also my husband and daughters... Always prompt excellent service. Especially nice for Christmas shopping and the Kindle books. Prime members have free lending library... Excellent site.

Always ordered from Endless with great results. Never had an issue with returns. I had no idea that they were merging with Amazon.com Now I have two pairs of shoes that cannot be returned. Endless stopped doing business November 7,2012. They claim it was on their website at the time I placed my order. Even though Endless has now been aquired by Amazon, they will not accept returns from Endless.

Wow. I would never shop anywhere else.

Shipping is great, prices are normally the lowest around. I order from Amazon at least 15 times a month.

I can see why people may complain... the prices fluctuate, probably based on demand. If you know your prices and know a deal for a product, then this shouldn't bother you.

I've returned countless things and never had any issues or problems.

LOVE Amazon and its Super Saver Shipping! Many sites won't ship to Hawaii (probably because they think we're in another country), but Amazon does AND they extend their SUPER SAVER SHIPPING offers to us poor Hawaiians. What's not to love about that?

I purchased an item 2 weeks ago, 9 days later the price goes down so I contacted them to request an adjustment, they refused. The only recourse I had was to unwrap the Christmas presents, repackage them and return them for a refund. Then I could repurchase the exact items at the lower price, less the shipping cost of returning them of course. They would also take 2-3 weeks to process the refund, tying up my $640 during the Christmas season. I should have investigated before I purchased, nowhere on their site do they mention price guarantees, so I guess it is Caveat Emptor on me, but still a very frustrating situation.
