SNAIL PACE TERRIBLE SLOW SERVICE - slow slow slow shipping and processing. From origin to destination 380 miles a 6 hour drive --will arrive next week a full 10 days if on schedule. Called they said that is their processing time. They did not care what so ever that they had extremely slow service. After all 10 days for an item that is being transported from a location that is 6 hours away. THAT is pretty bad.
NOTE: UN-applicable ratings below are noted because the person receiving the gift has not received it. The item was a bit pricey - I hope it is made well.

AMAZON is much faster. Other options Bed, Bath and Beyond, Walmart.com.

Tip for consumers: Shop around and go with sites that specify how prompt their shipping is.

Called for update about shipping ETA and the customer service is not that great.
Automated telephone service, transferred several times.

I spoke to 3 reps and then Tiffany customer service said could not look further into to when it would ship (she stated she unable to contact warehouse for when it would go out) she would not transfer me to a supervisor when asked and she took the time to explain to me that she has worked their longer than they (the supervisors) have - sounds like a possible promotion resentment problem.

OVERALL: I called to get info, but was not satisfied with the customer service I received and was not able to get anymore info than I had before the call and I felt the level of customer service needed to be improved.

My first order with this company and now it is my last, it is amazing how one conversation can make a person want to shop elsewhere.
I asked Tiffany to removed my name from future mailing list.

Tip for consumers: Look around and call company before purchase to check on their level of customer service, their ability to get shipping updates and their attitude.

Negotiate option is sometimes available

Meeting site can be risky
Sometimes ads don't have phone number and seller is slow to return emails
People sometimes say they are coming to see item or sell item but they don't show up or are late.
Some ads don't have images of item

Meet at a local safe place when possible such as Starbucks, Community Center or City Hall parking lot.
==> Having strangers come to your house - or going to their house is sometimes risky.
Good selection of new and used items

Good customer service

Pros: EZ to shop store.

Customer service phone line: difficult to get thru -- busy signal
Little email shipping updates.
Slow shipping or shipping update: Each time I order, it seems I have to try to get in contact to find when they are going to ship.

OVERALL COMMENT: Plenty of Emergency Food storage online internet stores - you would think they would try to keep customers updated about order shipment or ship items faster.
