Huge rip off!
Do not buy a wig from this place located in China for many reasons.
I went into the wig business after trying to get myself a wig then trying to sell their crap.
They are only interested in getting your money and getting 5 stars! In fact the main goal is to get 5 stars that they will fight with you to get and tell you anything like "my children will starve ", I have a family, I will lose my job ( never happens), I will return 1/2 your money, return and I will send you another wig if you give 5 stars first they say. Tons of things you will hear.
Disputes are a joke and very hard to do.
Return a wig ( which will cost you possibly more than you paid) depending on what type of hair you buy. And even if returned ( as I did with tracking) you will NOT get your money back, they will not send you another wig they say ( never happens). They will just play games that they never got it or some other strange thing.
You might order a blonde wig and receive a black wig and theres nothing you can do about it.
The only way you can get satisfaction is by giving 1 star and bad write up ( which I did) and OMG! It gives them a nervous break down!
If ordering human hair and for example Brazilian hair ( it is not Brazilian hair as most women in Brazil do not sell their hair.
The hair can be anything and it's mixed with GOAT HAIR, yes goat hair is used and mixed in with some Remy ( Indian hair) and even that hair is mostly off of dead bodies. And if you go to India as I did and I also lived there and traveled all over, you will never see any Indian with short hair or a wig yet they have tons and tons of "Indian hair." hmmm?
I have a photo of a town where some of their wigs are made and the streets are filled with goat hair for the wigs. The goats in China have no hair so makes sense that it is all shaved off to make your human hair wig.
Some wigs are mixed with wool (I got that from a seller on there)
Just know that they will say anything if you give them 1 star to try to make you change it and give 5 stars. Your best bet in getting even is 1 star and write in your feed back what they said they would do if change it to 5 stars. This makes them go berserk! It's the only satisfaction you can get.
It's rare but you may luck out and get a nice wig but rare and you will never know what it is really made of or if your wearing hair off of a dead person ( shivers) And don't forget, these dead people are mal nourished or old and have bad hair.
If all this real hair was real that they sell, the world would be bald. Or Indians and Brazilian woman would be bald.
Over all it has been 30 days and I haven't recieved my order. But they took my money.

I've placed few orders in the last weeks and every single chinese seller that I have interacted with turned out to be liars, scammers and outright Imbeciles.
They lie where the item is shipped. If you choose to pay more and have the item shipped from an EU based warehouse you are, in reality, just getting a faster shipment from some unknown place in china.
When you ask for a tracking number, most of the times they will give you a random set of numbers and point you to a generic track website which, like most incompetent chinese sellers, does its best to distract you from the from the fact you are being scammed.
Then comes the infuriating part.
When you open a conversation with them it's like talking to a push to talk plush toy.
They are very skilled barely construct a sentence in English that starts with "friend" and ends with "wait until the end of the day for the carrier to update" usually until you are able to open a dispute.
Then comes the worst. Aliexpress itself. They are, if I'm being kind, accomplices but most likely inept thieves that live well with this type of scam culture.
The dispute process is ridiculous where you have to interact with the lying scammer that you originally couldn't communicate with.
AliExpress will not intervene until a "data in the future". The scammer that you ordered the "product" from stays silent until the day before the deadline runs out.
It is then when you find out that the product you ordered from the EU warehouse was actually Shipped from shenzhen and you actually have to wait, not 15 days but up to 50 days, as that is the time set for Ali Express to refund you.
Eventually, and if you are lucky, AliExpress decides to refund your money, you may end up receiving less than you paid for. That is because, even though you paid in one currency, they will always refund you in the dollar value.
Also, there is no way to contact the support with an issue, as they will only have a chinese built automatic answering bot.
This is so prevalent that they obscure the real seller ratings and allow the sellers to post fake images simulating positive feedback on the item page.
Please be warned. I have tried this website a few weeks ago and ordered a few products. All except one were met with scammers with the exact same behaviour.
I know, as it is typical with this chinese websites, that this review will be drowned in a sea of 5 star reviews from users that magically sing up to review and disappear.
I would like to think Trustpilot is better than this and I will keep watching if it is worth continuing to write my reviews here.

I want to start off by saying that I started working with this company on Jan 19. I placed 5 orders totaling close to $2000. 00. I will not work with stores that do not offer Free DHL or Fed Ex Shipping, so I asked this shop if they could ship everything together Free Shipping, they agreed. I asked them if all items were in stock and told them I needed my package very very fast. Part of the reason I added so many items to my order for the free shipping. I watched and I watched for it to ship and didn't see anything and asked every day, and they told me not to worry the shipper had it and it would ship that day. Then I went days without hearing from them, still asking every day what my tracking number was and if it had shipped. Finally was given a tracking number but as soon as I saw the numbers I knew they were not fed ex or DHL they were snail mail number:-( I had told them over and over and over again I needed my items fast. They lied and lied and lied to me. I would never have placed an order if I knew it was going to take this long. I had deadlines and I missed my deadlines and was given a 200.00 fine for not have the merchandise needed. Finally, almost 2 months later the packages are starting to arrive, but they are only 1/3 of the items I ordered. I disputed them as my order was not complete and they are begging me not to dispute it, they tell me the items are coming in another package. What part of I does NOT ACCEPT B/O do you not understand? Then on top of all of this, one of the order I am really needing was just sent a couple of days ago, again after talking about how I needed it sent DHL or Fed Ex, they shipped it snail mail again. This shop seems to think they can make there own set of rules. I have never been so disgusted in how a business does business as this lying company BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM BABYQQ STORE!

On this market place you can find a variety of affordable things. Once you place an order, it most at times takes very long to receive the product. Occasionally you get products that ship fast and if you order a lot of stuff from different sellers, you might not be able to keep up with meticulously following up with every product therefore sometimes as a customer you loose money because you may not receive your product and the seller will not refund your money either and they will check it as received when they know for instance that the product was returned to them. Once AliExpress's 2 weeks time frame for dispute passes, the case will be closed and when you notice this after the 2 weeks, you will be at the mercy of the seller who most of the time will not like to give your money back. I have lost money via this process because I have a chronic illnesses that makes following all the stuff I order meticulously impossible. Unfortunately for some sellers who would like to give you the money back when you realize it and complain, it's a partial coupon refund and so you loose money anyway and at that time you cannot even warn others by writing a review, which also closes after some time. Furthermore, when you have a defective item and you contact a seller, they might tell you not to open a dispute and that they will settle it with you but unfortunately they almost never refund your money and you may loose money. Always open a review if you can. It usually is the only means by which any mediation can be made for you. Coming to the issue of sending items back, it can sometimes be a pain and sometimes though the mistake maybe no fault of yours but you need to pay for shipping or you wouldn't get your money back. I bought hair for $325 which was defective. The seller told me that they will settle it for me. They made me post the wig to them incurring shipping cost only to tell me that the wig has been worn and washed. I could not file a dispute because the time for dispute filing was past by the time then. I explained to them that the wig is still within warranty and that nobody wears a lace wig with the front lace intact. The wig in the picture was supposed to be 180% full. I asked them to check that since they had the wig and I had no response from them. I sent them a picture of a 100% full lace wig I had worn and washed severally which was 3 times cheaper and which never looked bald. Some of the sellers are crooks and will take your money for no reason. I told the my lawyer will write to them and they stopped responding to my messages. Attached is the receipt and the picture of the wig I bought at about $325. I got no money nor the wig returned. They took my money. These issues need to be addressed by AliExpress and steps taken to make the buyer feel assured in buying stuff from AliExpress else you need to ask yourself as a buyer if you can take risk before buying.

I bought a battery from ali express - advertised as a 100 amp hour battery. Im expecting it to arrive about the size of a car battery (rather large) when the battery finally does arrive, its not much bigger than a can of soda... (about a tall boi). Given the construction (how the battery was mad and the materials it was made from) there is 0 chance this battery is going to meet the 100 amp hour rating from the seller. I started the dispute process thinking nothing of it, this is clearly false advertising and ill get my money back.
The dispute process wants me to load test the battery using a $300 pro tool. Advised this was unreasonable as the battery wasn't even half that in cost. Advised of battery construction, and materials - its physically impossible for the battery to achieved the advertised ratings. Its like visiting the car dealership, and the salesman tells you, "sits 25 people comfortably"... and then you drive what you drive today... its just not happening.
Ali sides with the seller, and advises me to get a battery test. - okay fine, ill bite.
I spend 1hr of my time driving to a professional shop to have them perform a battery test and pay their service fee. When i present the battery to the technician - he LAUGHED at the quality and size. He was amazed that a company was getting away with this.
He performed the test of which the battery was just under 5% of the rated capacity. Wrote me a letter on company letter head explaining it was not possible to achieve these ratings.
I opened an appeal, and presented my new evidence - They closed the appeal stating the provided evidence was insufficient...
At this point im feeling robbed, and mistreated as a customer. The laws of physics would have to change for this thing to be as advertised... and i received 0 support from the ali express side. Declined at every turn.
Needless to say i will never shop Ali again, and the lack of customer service on their part was appalling, with ignorance to boot.
Anyone who knew basic knowledge about batteries could tell, this was not as advertised.
Needless to say i didn't get my money back, and ali continues to this day to allow this seller to keep selling their product as is.
I can't support a company who doesn't even investigate their sellers, and continues to support them even when red flags have been raised.
Be very careful when buying from AliExpress. Actually, it is better if you don't buy at all. It will save you money from return shipping. Many dishonest sellers, especially with gold and silver jewelry. Quality is bad. You might end up with fake silver. Don't be deceived also with jewelry sellers showing certificate of authenticity on their store. Some are just for show. I bought a gold jewelry that comes with a supporting certificate of authenticity at AliExpress, but the certificate is fake/invalid. The certificate also shows a website of the authentication company that isn't real. The weight of the jewelry on the store's site does not match what was on the certificate. If sellers sends customers fake certificates, there is a possibility customers can receive fake jewelry from sellers, even if seller's store shows valid certificate of authenticity, I wanted to cancel my other incoming orders when the items I received from another store was of poor quality but AliExpress and Seller denied my cancellation request. AliExpress sided with seller even when it is too obvious the bracelets I first received was too small. AliExpress denied my right to cancel any pending orders from that store. I end up receiving products I can't even use or sell. Another friend and I received a fake silver jewelry with a fake 925 stamp from another Aliexpress seller. We knew it was fake because we went to a jeweller to have it authenticated. Jewelry is fake 925 silver. The 925 silver jewelry I got turned black immediately and no jewelry cloth can make it return back to silver colour. I wanted to return but I know it is just a waste of time and more money. The other seller I encountered is not consistent. The first time, the product sold to you is good, but the second time, quality is poor and not what you expected. Don't be deceived by their prices. It maybe be cheap but it is still not worth it. The wait is also long. I have way more bad experience at AliExpress than any other online store. If you plan to resell any real silver/gold jewelry or goods bought from AliExpress, better think it through because your Store/company might end up getting a bad reputation of selling fake jewelry/inferior goods. You might think you got a good deal but in the long run might regret it in the future.
Cheap and fraud. NEVER received the product, NOT received refund, NO communication. DO NOT spent your time and money.

After using it for many orders, I think I can tell you how it works.
At first, if you want to buy something from sellers that ship from your country (france, spain, poland, italy, etc) or near your country, not only you will pay a bit more pricy, but also, the item will be sent from... China! Yes, 90% of the seller shipping from spain for example, send the item from China, and hide the delevery details.
So, then you open a dispute because the item never arrives in time, and then the seller extends the delivery period (called customer garantee time or something like this for you to believe it's good for you :) ), then, you have nothing to do, but to wait. The worst is, if you have a problem with the item sent from spain (so, in reality from China), you have to return it to... China of course. And all this is happening openly, with no sanctions from Aliexpress. Ali could easily identify this sellers because when they ship from spain to spain, and the delivery delay is about 3 weeks, you can easily understand there is some kind of trouble in the air...
Another thing: Many sellers let you pay, and then 5 days after, tell you "sorry my friend, my dear, the product is out of stock, so please cancel the order, but in the cancel reason, select "personal reason". That way, the seller won't have any sanction from Ali. And if you refuse, and decide to select another reason (like seller is out of stock), then the seller is able to reject your cancelation demand. And he will do it many times, untill your are tired of doing it. Moreover, if, like me, you buy in a foreign change (not euro) and you pay in euros, the refund will alway be less than the amount you pay (yes, it's like when you exchange money, the rate is different wether you buy or you get refund). This happened to me so much times... And when I tell it to this fu... sellers, they reply "no my friend, you will be refund the same"! The best quality of chinese sellers, is that they make you fool, acting like stupid persons, but they are not stupid, they know this things better than you.
This is the Aliexpress world, their rules, a world where seller is king, and buyer is some kind of "dear" trash.
Lately I've experienced many of my orders through aliexpress sent with China registered mail to my address in Germany have NOT arrived!
The shipping company and seller may given the wrong address, delivered to wrong recipients, stolen or missing or even still in the German Customs, the shipping company just marked them as "successful delivery"!
As aliexpress Platinum Member I received unfair judgement after disputing my orders & feel disadvantaged with losing my money so very often for NOT receiving my orders. Because your Case Management Team do NOT/ can NOT read properly or don't understand how shipping and Online Shopping should work. I doubt that Aliexpress people have business knowledge or have knowledge in Customer Service!
Online shopping should be easy, customers ordered and paid online then paid items should be delivered to the customer and end of story, Everyone is happy!
But Aliexpress expected that Customers should waste to waste their times finding whereabout their packages & even when they dispute them, Customers are the ones who should provide stupid "valid proof of NOT receiving their packages" and after wasting their times and nerves at the end Aliexpress is taking sides of the sellers!

I typically wear size 8.5 footwear. On August 24th 2016 I purchased a pair of size 9 boots knowing that if they were slightly big I could always wear thick socks. The sellers sizing chart for the boots stated a size 9 would fit 25cm feet. My feet measure 23cm. Alas, the boots arrived and were too small. I immediately opened a dispute, stating the size was not as described. Peter Yang (seller) responded to my dispute, telling me it was my error, and I should have ordered size 4 or 5 boots. I reiterated that the boots were TOO SMALL, but he continued to say based on my 23cm feet, my size would be 4 or 5... EVENTUALLY (now 90+ messages back and forth later) he 'asked' me "you can measure the length of the shoe". I did and sent clear pictures showing the measurements. He then responded "Dear. You can not measure the length of the bottom of the shoes", completely contradicting himself, most likely because the result of the measurement was not in his favour. It is now September 21st and all we have done is gone in circles despite me sending oodles of very clear visible photographic evidence, including the length of the bottom sole which is 24cm on the OUTSIDE of the boot - boots that are supposed to fit a 25cm foot. AliExpress finally stepped in today and after anticipating a logical result finally, I am SO disappointed... they have said my complaint is INVALID. As a cosplayer who purchases MANY items online very frequently, I have NEVER experienced such useless, difficult, frustrating, inefficient customer service. The flawed product is a minimal issue in comparison to the waste of time it has been dealing with their customer service, just to have no resolution in the end. I WOULD NOT recommend this website and especially not this seller.

Answer: In my opinion. NO. I had to jump through hoops and make reports and threaten to make reports, it didn't help. I got my order, but couldve gotten the same thing from ebay faster and easier.
Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.
Answer: No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
Answer: There is no customer service what so ever so be very careful when buying on AliExpress. Buyer protection is a load of BS and if problems arise with your order they will always side with the seller. I would suggest using a shop that someone that you know has already used to purchase hair.

Answer: Do not buy from aliexpress the quality is terrible and lots of sellers never send the items. Also they sell counterfeit designs too which is illegal to purchase.
