Never buy from this seller waste your money. 2nd seller $20 libertyhead detail great, but no reeded edges on st Guardians $20 no goldplated coins from this seller available all $20 dollar coins have yellow brass look instead of gold gold look like real coin. 3 rd seller st guardain $20 dollar detail and goldplate great no reeded edges but many different dates available st guardians worth buying,$10 dollar indianhead detail and goldplate great but to thin as thin as quarter maybe buy a few because have a lot of different dates no reeded edges-Roberts shop store no. *******. 4th seller thickness, goldplate and detail great on $20 dollar libertyhead and st guardains and $10 dollar indianhead store name Nostalgia store no. ******* st guardens only 1909 date available reeded edges on all $20 dollar gold pieces different dates. I wish I had read reviews here before I wasted my money there. It is set up to support sellers ripping you off and a lot of them do. The way the scam often works is they send you something other than what you bordered- something cheaper or whatever style/color they had as opposed to the one you selected or the quality is really poor (because of course everything looks better in the pictures, which are sometimes not the actual item). For example I ordered a woman's Chanel knock off watch and I received a Lacoste knock off man's watch. The seller admits it is their error- apparently some man out there has my "Chanel" watch. The only way I can get my money back or the right watch is if I PAY $20 some USD to ship their mistake back with tracking... for a less than $10 watch and they are the ones that made the mistake? (All returns have to be with tracking and it is very expensive to ship to China that way!) Same deal if you get defective item, you have to pay to ship it back with tracking to get a refund/replacement. Face it, the way it is set up they can intentionally send you defective or wrong merchandise and you are not going to spend more than the item cost to return it so you are stuck with it. The other big scam they have going is after you buy you find out everything pictured is NOT included. After the fact I found out the box and case shown with the umbrella I ordered was NOT included, but they are shown in the photos and nowhere did it way they were not included. If I want them they wanted an extra $10- WYSWYG does not apply at Ali Express! Oh yes, another deception they have going on is they will have photos of some celebrity with the actual famous name brand item, but of course you are buying a knock off so if you think yours will look like the celebrities', well think again. Some of them even say it's genuine stuff- yeah, right LOL! Photoshop runs on overtime there too. It's all fakes, but hopefully folks should know that by the price. DO NOT - I REPEAT DO NOT - GET RIPPED OFF BY ALI EXPRESS' CHARLATAN MERCHANTS!

I posted my review on many review sites so that you are warned. I added pics (edited to hide my identity) to show how unreliable is Aliexpress. Again, my review is to help you and has no intention to acquire the refund anymore. So, Aliexpress is not safe to buy anymore IMO. READ the TERMS of the Buyer protection where basically Aliexpress can revoke your protection (how is that protection?) There's a huge risk of poor quality or missing items. Bottomline, shop at your own risk and good luck in disputes, oh you can VIDEO record every second of received package and you openning that package as proof (even with proof they still deny refund <---this has happened to me, 100% loss). I experience Missing item(s) where item was really stolen and I had to get USPS memo as proof in order to get partial (not full, about 60% of cost, my loss of 40%) refund. Also missing items where the package was intact and the legitimate seller admit to the mistake, BUT Aliexpress refuse refund during their dispute process because I did not acquire 'logistics carrier (USPS) proof or validation that the package was intact. Here's a quote from Aliexpress dispute process: "The tracking information shows that it delivered to your address. Please track it in the logistics official website or contact shipping company servicer to get more information, also, you could confirm with your family members or neighbors if they signed the package in the name of you. If you did not received, we suggest you to provide official document from post office or the shipping company to prove that you did not received the package." This was a dispute of only $1.38USD where the seller has admited that they did not package the missing item. Also I uploaded my proof of purchase and edited to protect my identity.
The website looks appealing and the big variety of items and the competitive prices are a guaranteed way to grab your attention but don't be fooled, because once you need them they will make you hate the day you purchased from them.
There was and error processing a payment for an order i placed and i thought i would give their chat service a try. The result was that i spent 3 hours talking to 9 different representatives and still no one could help me. They all seemed to be very unprofessional and every representative kept redirecting me to another representative or another department.
I was a new Ali Express customer placing my first order of 200$ and i still was not taken seriously! I wasn't even offered any kind of remorse or compensation for the hassle frustration and time wasted.
Wait, it gets worse than this. That failed attempt of a customer service chat system is probably the worse i ever experienced in my life. It is A JOKE! And here is why:
1- The conversation between you and the rep 'Self Destructs' in 3 minutes if no one typed anything. Its is basically their way in getting rid of you nicely. Especially when they ask you to hold while they 'check' your problem or ask you to try doing something in your account like (deleting and re entering your card). Which all consumes more than 3 minutes and results in disconnection, then you find yourself introducing yourself and repeating your story to another representative who has no idea what's going on. Irritating!
2- In the chat box where you type, you can type as much as you want with no limits but as soon as you press 'enter' to send your well thought and carefully typed wise words, you find that it gave you an error for exceeding the 'character limits'. WAIT! WHAT? Yes. Good luck with remembering what you wrote! I can't believe it either. They expect a customer to lose paragraphs and then rethink rewrite and rephrase his problem to one lines that don't exceed 115 characters at a time. Inconvenient!
3- Besides the helpless reps that would reply you with emojis and irrelevant sympathies mostly because they are out of words. They end up transferring you from a rep to another in the middle of the conversation without waiting for your reply. Which results in...!? " Hi I'm XYZ how can i help you today :) ?"
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
Would i trust a platform that treats their customers like that? NEVER
Would i purchase from them again? I'd happily pay double the price somewhere else that respects me and treats me well for giving them my hard earned money.
*I will not be emphasizing on how shady the sellers and their pages and their duplicated products are. I will leave that to someone else.

Answer: I purchased 3 pair of van's brand shoes via different companies on aliexppress and all were true to size. The off brands are not, so you need larger than you wear. But, ask and ali will usually provide a size comparison chart for you to use.

Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.
