Cheap goods, low quality. Ignore the fancy claims and advertising. Don't trust the Buyer Protection or warranty, it is useless. 90% of the time rules in favour of the seller.

Scammers

I purchased 3 items - 2 are coming dammaged (this was not the problem with delivery), one come after two months. The sellers are not answering and the Customer Service from aliexpress is nothing doing - didn't help. They cooperate, the money is not payed back. The sellers are scammers and aliexpress is scammer company.

I have been buying from AliExpress for around 5yrs and out of over 200items bought I've had 3 bad experiences. I recommend that when you are looking at items on this site that you check the ratings of each store and even if the ratings are quite good I would make a very small purchase initially to check out the quality, customer service and shipping speed time. When you purchase online with any store you are always taking a risk so I would keep the amount you spend always within your budget and thoroughly check the stores ratings

This website doesn't deserve any stars whatsoever but that was the only way to let everyone know this is an illegitimate website, straight up bogus! They dont even have a contact number you can ONLY contact them through chatting online && if you leave off chatting to click on anything for any reason you will have to start over with a new customer representative every time! I just had to throw that out there before I go into detail about my experience with this website my very 1st time ordering!

I ordered my daughter's pageant dress in enough time to receive it and to make sure of that I paid for fast shipping! After I realized it still wasnt delivered to me yet I then reached out to the seller which she told me it would take her a couple more days to make her dress and I simply told her if its not going to be here by May 6th just cancel the order, we'll do business at a later time & that I'll just get on the road to get her a dress.

Do you know the seller sent it anyway! Im sure when she dropped it off it told her when I would be expected to get it which was two days after my daughters event May 8th! Need I remind You I already spoke with her because I notice it on my account saying it has been shipped, she immediately says its my fault and she wont refund anything! I even offered to pay for returning fees just send me the address because the dress was late and I now had no use for it! I had a chat with a live agent because thats the ony way of contacting them for anything and waiting on a dispute that they're going to deny right off! I wish I would have read reviews before I purchased anything but thats a lessoned learned I will stick to Amazon! Hopefully they throw the whole damn company away soon!

Like I said i you order anything you are a FOOL! If its not what you expected you will have to deal with it && its no one to talk to about it! Suck it up!

I think it is important to know what type of item you are buying on aliexpress. All of the stationery sticky notes and tapes I have bought have arrived so far. The other thing that I bought was clothes, and there had been only one issue with the seller when I bought a pair of pants and it didn't match my size. Aliexpress sellers will fight you tooth and nail against refunds. And usually the site itself is on the sellers side. But it was my fault for buying the wrong size. The other clothing had arrived with no problem.

Just remember that you buy what you pay for. If the item is considerably cheaper, then either the quality is bad or the seller wants to scam you. I had bought a pair of pants for around 40$ and the quality was extremely good. But again, it depends on the seller you are buying from. Items the same price can have different quality.

Some of the sellers don't respond to my messages and questions about the item, or they say something else entirely which is probably done with an automated system.

Overall, aliexpress is an okay site when it comes to buying clothes (just look at the sizing info and measurements when buying) and cheap stationery. I have no information about the potential safety of other types of items nor have I buyed any.

Stay away from this place. They tell you that you're item is shipped and it never shows up! Forget about a refund, cuz it's not gonna happen. Lesson learned!

These sites Ali Baba and Ali Express are Shady at best. They charge your credit card right a way but you may not be lucky to get your item at all. There are many Crooked Seller in this site and no surprise Ali Express will take their side even if you open a dispute in case of no show of items that happen a lot more than you think. Your money your choice. I personally feel bad complaining in the past about Amazon or eBay they are serious companies with serious customer service not like these con artists.

Want my PASSPORT!

I was a A3 level customer, over 115 purchases on my VISA sent to my home. Now, to "protect' me they insist that I send them a copy of my PASSPORT and DRIVERS LICENSE for my protection! My card is active. It doesn't get any worse than this for a potential phishing scam.
STAY AWAY!

I ordered two pair of shoes from alliexpress and they never sent it, but instead they charged my credit card. I opened a dispute and they would not give me a refund. Don't order anything through this company. This website is a joke, just use Ebay or Amazon.

Out of the past six orders I have received, 3 of the packages were opened, and items are missing. I find no way to report this to Aliexpress or Epacket, so I am just out my money. I know it is not the seller's fault, but there are thieves in the shipping process.

If you are attracted by low prices of the items listed on Aliexpress then be prepared to loose money and get your account banned without notice. Few things to know before you involve with this:
1) 60 days full refund guaranty is a SCAM. If you raise dispute to get your money back, then they will ban your account after several disputes.
2) Sellers are dishonest to use China Post registered as shipping method when there is not, to hold up your money forever and you can't raise a dispute, even shipping took longer than 3 months.
3) Sellers don't send items as described to description. You raise dispute, they will refund but the system will trigger the ban account one day.
4) Ali deactivate your account without notice, even when you still have orders waiting to arrive. Very frustrated with such a system.
5) Chat link to support is removed to your Help account when they disable your account. This means NO PROTECTION and so they DONT CARE your orders on going.

Make sure you understand and digest these notes before buying stuffs on Aliexpress.

I made 50 purchases on Aliexpress. I bought electronics (oscilloscope), razors blades, electrical connector. I agree with most reviewers regarding buyer protection, there is no buyer protection at all. The 60 days delivery protection is a joke Electronics products don't last long. Two of my products lasted a week,a third one still working, I don't know for how long. Shipping time to Canada is slow if you use regular mail. Over two month is with China Post. Most products are cheaply made and don't last. There is some quality products there but there are difficult to find. Aliexpress erases reviews even positive ones. I used to write long positive reviews just to see them eventually deleted. They kept the 5 star rating but erase the review text. I have now stop shopping there. I only go there when I cannot find something locally.

I made a purchase and paid extra for DHL item arrived quickly but did not work. Contacted the seller and was offered 1usd refund item cost 50usd plus 30usd for DHL contacted Aliexpress they said send it back at my expense for full refund. Did this via DHL 30usd again. Seller refused to call DHL to arrange delivery, and the item was returned to me. Aliexpress said because I failed to ensure deliver no refund. So I paid for a faulty item two delivery and no refund dont buy from aliexpress I will never use them again

The worst place to buy online, chinese will always cheat you once they get advantage over you. And Aliexpress will protect them. Never relay on Aliexpress complaint system or Customer service, all you get is false promises.
I dealt with a nasty seller who sent me defective item and promised to replace it until purchase protection is about to expire then he said please wait till you get the item or I will refund if you don't receive the item.
Now the item is not received and his excuse is that the factory now does not ship to my country.
Clear lie.
I reported to Ali Express and all I get is robots in chat, no human. Finally I get human and he promised to resolve the issue but nothing done. They closed the complaint with fake reason.
I gave all evedince and chat with seller which are in AliExpress My orders page.
Yet they closing their eyes to protect their nasty chinese seller.
This is a good lesson for me to not trust this kind of nationality. Really bad morals and ethics.

Be very carful when buying from chinese. They will lie in business, it is in their blood.
When you are between two options to wait or cancel the order, then cancel the order and ask for refund before it expires.
I now buy only from Amazon and western shopping sites.
East sucks.

I ordered boots because of such good reviews. when trying to login account my account was not to be found. I wanted to track order. . the Aliexpress company deleted my account ! and no email or phone number to contact Aliexpress. and looked into sellers info , no contact info also. I wanted to ask for refund but they already charged my card. My bank didnt help either because I authorized the charge.. Don't waste time on a company like this waste money and no item

You start a chat with some customer service attendant and they simply disconnect from your conversation! That happened 4 times. Once you have a question and they don't wanna answer they simply ignore you. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. Also, they won't refund you even if you cancel your order on time, they lie that it was already shipped when it wasn't.

Aliexpress has great products at great prices but they keep disabling my accounts! The first time I understand cause I would open too many disputes but the second time was their fault! A seller sent me the wrong product and told me to open a dispute to refund me n then they rejected it... wtffff afterwards I opened another one telling them they sent me the wrong product then rejected it again. FCK U ALIEXPRESS WITH UR GOOD PRICING N $#*!
