Today i contact customer service again, to advise them thst seller inbox still rejecting any email.
I asked the staff to do phone call to seller if the email not reaching them, it should be other way to communicate or emergency number. Staff said she will contact them but its better to raise for refund now, so i had to do each items separate and i paid full ( they don't have one time system to raise refund as one time it should be each itmes separately) not only that you need to add again the refund amount paid for each one too, ( for 6items) the last one i paid $ 7.63 and the system not allowed to add amount above $ 7.21...
Unbelievable, i paid higher and i need refund lesser amount its not enough no order received, no communication with seller, carless also they refund less than we paid too.
I contact staff but no use, then she turn the matter on me and asked me a proof that i paid this?!
In end i had to add amount of $ 7.21 but mentioned that full refund of the amount $ 7.63 to be refund it.
Total amount paid for 6 items include protection is $ 28.56.
Every staff said not to worry and everything become bad, no logic at all even they can't explain how their system work ( paid full refund less?!)
I need my order better if i will have less refund. Still waiting for any management action to solve my issue.

Dear General Manager,

I really don't understand what is going on and what customer service you have if the solving the issue or get it worse.

I have order with your recommenced seller ( Amy's care) and shipping company choose is Aliexpress.

Order was in 14May 2017 and shipping is 24-38 days and paid for protection fee too.

I had to track my order after 10days from seller sending date 17May2017 as per chat with customer services in fifth day from my order due it was shown status ( items not found)

2 days ago i track my order status is ( shipping cancelled) i contact the Aliexpress services many time to clarify the reason, they said not to worry items will reach then they said to contact seller by myself which it there responsibility due order and paid through tgus website, i asked then to contact seller too because same reason abd from my side too.

Seller inbox rejected all my email and for 48 hrs i didnt have any action taken only email sent to seller from Aliexpress wirhout any reply.

I asked customers services to call seller and i have the right to know what reason i didnt get items yet and why its cancelled

Every staff only speak nicely to end the conversation but they dont care to solve the issue.

I request the phone to contact seller they said not allowed, then i request for their manager contact number or email ( he migh solve my issue) the refuse too, seller inbox rejected all my emails what i should do then.

Staff ( Juila, said i need to wait till July to get my refund which is after protection expire date) or to win the case if i raise refund now!

They taje my money, order not received, i cant have seller phone number, i cant have Aliexpress manager or incharge contact details, the customer service don't do the job from there side or take responsibility then what i should do " win case " to refund my money back... Its really?!

I dont believe it, i don't know hiw i get my money or my order its my mistake to trust in this website and i dont recommended for anyone

I must reach to higher management to complain and get my money back and solve this issue or...

Up until a few months ago, things were going well with aliexpress. I had the odd problem, and I filed a few disputes as needed. They always turned out favourably. Last few months, I've had to file several disputes. At least two, the seller never responded (during the dispute, or trying to resolve the problem prior to the dispute) and they ruled against me.

Next dispute: They want me to pay return shipping ($15) for an item that was $4, and functionally not as described.

Next dispute: Mobile phone; seller sent a different model than advertised, and it's locked with a pin. They want me to pay return shipping ($30+) to get a full refund.

At least one dispute did go well, and I was due a full refund. They refunded less than half the amount due. I had to waste a couple of hours with their useless "customer support" chat to get the rest of the money refunded.

Prior to a few months ago, I was overall happy with the site. Now, it's just a scam.

I ordered a dress of about $160 dress expecting it to be a maroon color. It came in the mail and it was bright red. It is very hard to communicate with them and very difficult to get your money back!

I ordered a pair of boots for winter from a store in Aliexpress, DAOKFPO STORE and the lining is not attached in one of the boots and the store only gave me a partial refund for boots that are useless to me... and also expected me to send the boots back at My expense, when they're the ones that shipped the defective boots in the first place. Don't get caught in this store they'll burn you... as you can tell by the bunched up lining they aren't going to work

I was ripped off

I ordered 4 items, about $80 in total. I received an email over a month ago saying my items were delivered but it's been over 3 months and I still haven't received them. Extremely disappointed. Im not even gonna bother getting a refund, I have no faith in this company.

Do knot order anything from ALIEXPRESS from China women dresses they are not like what you see. And they say they will give you a refund... THEY ARE LYING> I been trying to get my refund for the last 2months. DON'T BUY FROM CHINA>>> THE DRESS IS NOT WHAT YOU SEE. Its a guy name WILL CHOU and LI CHEN. aliexpress.com is not good foe buyers. After 2 months i never got my order and they refused to refund me my money, The tracking code by seller showed clearly that the package never left china and they told me to check with my post office and declined the refund.
They are protecting their chinese scammers sellers like they do in alaibaba.com

As the items are not as description or lost, then you complain to Aliexpress, they will block your account. You will be unable to open a claim. And those items are never arrived, they will blame the buyer not the seller. Waiting for over 60 days, all the items are likely will not be arrived. The 100% refund policy and buyer protection is a fake. They spoiled those replica sellers and inferior/defect items sold on their website.

Well, here's my experience. Ordered merchandise, never received but did pay for it. They wanted all kinds of info to "credit" me so I walked away. Wasn't about to provide them with more info to financially endanger me further. Oh well, lesson learned. Don't deal with this company.

Like many cheap marketplaces, looking for product/seller reviews and sizing is key to even having a shot at a good product. My experience with AliExpress has been limited to a couple wigs and hairnets. The quality was cheap as expected but worth it for reasonable prices. I would advise buyers to go for things that don't require high quality, such as minor accessories sold by trusted sellers.

Like a scam

I reported those sellers sold defect items with pictures and claimed for items not received. They said I was abused, "Malicious behavior Dispute failure" and terminated my account. I am able to buy stuff there but unable to open a claim, sounds like a scam!

Today, I got surprised that Aliexpress deactivated my account with no reason, and after 2 years with hundreds of orders and ranked as A4 on their site with 300+ positive feedback, they just deactivate my account.
After contacting the agent they apologize many times and answered me that she can't do anything, however, I showed her the mistake was done by Aliexpress, but nothing can be done, I uploaded screenshot for the case. And now I lost over 300$ for number of undelivered orders

I've bought 31 item from this site. I must say my honest opinion so i really like this site all of my purchases were clothing and jewelry, so I cannot say anything about electronics or other. The clothes I've bought were great just like the picture (really girls the clothes are exactly the same as seen on some instagram boutiques and much cheaper). The quality and sizes are good if you shop from the right store and of course for the refunds if your parcel is lost.
They full refunded me 3 times and once they resent the same garment.
The shipping for me (Italy) takes too long approx 2 months.
For the sizing I wear M/L european and I ordered XL for comfortable fit.
Hope the shipping would be much faster.
