I received a tracking number on July 10,2019 (the item was guaranteed to ship in under 8 days but hey, close enough) the tracking number showed slow progress and promised delivery July 15th. Oh wait. NOT AT ALL that package was not for me, nor addressed to me nor even coming to my state! Instead I went to the post office to pick up my item and was told that the item was delivered in Arizona. Forget talking to anyone. No live chat, no response from the seller just a bar graph that says my item has left the shipper. Big deal... tells me NOTHING. Be aware after they waste 30 days you can't dispute for a refund. They started out good some years back, but now they're just lying and stealing in my opinion.
As i ordered mother board of iphone 7 plus of usd 220 with trust of aliexpress that product will be ok and will work. If you haven't received your AliExpress product or it is faulty. First mistake is believing that AliXpress individual seller will refund your product easily or even answer your emails. Second, is believing AliExpress as a company has your back with their buyer protection promise. When 3 disputes have been found in your favour and a refund has been promised.
- They make it very difficult to contact someone to ask where the refund is (Over 1 month, still waiting for refund).
- They have an online chat automated response system, that repeatedly tries to direct you to click/info sections.
- After 20 attempts & receiving the same response, it will then put you onto a real person.
- you have to keep responding within 2minutes otherwise the chat will cut out & say you've taken too long. Sending you back to the start.
- They will repeatedly say it has been refunded. It's your banks fault. Here are some numbers contact your bank.
- Bank says there is no way they have refunded your money. Never heard of the numbers they're quoting.
- I send through multiple snippets of bank statements to AE, where it is obvious no refund has been given.
- their response is you have to get your bank to supply in writing that they have not received this refund.
This is a fraudulent process. Buy with caution that you wont be seeing a refund. Maybe the cost of buying cheap.
