I never received an item from 2 separate orders.
Also when dealing with customer service, it's more useful to find the nearest inanimate object for help to fix your problems.
When I did contact customer service they asked for my order number for each order I placed and I realized THEY ARE THE SAME.
Not sure how that's possible as they were placed at two weeks apart.
They denied my refund because they said my items weren't paid for. Then when I sent them my order number I already sent them 5 times they apologized and said they will request a refund.
All that did was reset my 48 hour refund time I was already waiting on from the previous chat.
They will not help whatsoever.
I asked to cancel all items and be refunded for everything and they said they can't because they're shipped (one order hasn't even been in transit)
By far the worst customer service and company I've ever dealt with in the 32 years I've been alive.
I'd suggest Temu over this, at least you'll EVENTUALLY get your items.
This is the biggest scam of a company I've seen.
If you're waiting on a refund, just go ahead and dispute them to your bank. You'll save some time unless you want some proof of how huge of a scam artist this company is. Lol
Sad they are literally stealing items from children as that's all I bought were toys for my son's bday and Christmas.

I bought an emszero body sculpt machine with RF handles and got it on a 1.1 sale for 57% percent off. With a coupon for an additonal 80 off. It was an amazing deal and seemed too good to be true. Well, it was definitely a scam and too good to be true. They processed the payment on my credit card. Then two days letter they sent me a message on whatsapp saying the payment I made was only a deposit and I needed to pay an additional $420.00. I told them there was no mistake made and I paid what was due via alliexpress. I told them I would report them and the scam they were pulling. Do not trust buying on this site, because the sellers are very shady and this happens often. I was so sad, as I really wanted that machine. I waited for years to get that sort of price, but feared it was too good to be true. They told me if I was unwilling to send the additional 420.00, then I needed to cancel the order. Not sure Alliexpress will do anything about it. I am not certain I will ever buy via alliexpress again either. This has really burned me. Beware! Many scam sellers are on this site and if you think the deal, even a sale is too good to be true, then it more than likely is.

I ordered 12 rechargeable batteries and a battery charger from Ali Express store "D-V-C-N-A-battery Store". I received only 6 batteries and the charger. The seller claimed the batteries were 9900 mAh, but they test at only 420 mAh. I was not provided with real costumer support when a package was lost and I asked for a refund.

I placed 2 orders with AliExpress in October 2024. The first one arrived and was OK. The second order did not arrive but the USPS tracking stated "delivered in or at mailbox". The question is: Whose mailbox? The seller and AliExpress would not help out with this other than stating "sorry about that". The seller is responsible to work with the shipping company in the not-so-rare case where the postal service delivers to the wrong address. Fortunately, I successfully disputed the charge with the charge card company.

I was put through constant hoops after "I" reported that there was an error in the tracking due to them not paying for the proper shipping amount. "i" sent them the tracking data and was told "you have to put in a refund request" so i did. I waited WEEKS and was stuck with "Please keep waiting". I realized, at close to a month, i was NEVER getting my money back.
And NO, it CANNOT be blamed on the seller. This ALL is to do with Aliexpress and THEIR rules, THEIR procedures, and THEIR lack of refunding.
So, when something goes wrong with Aliexpress, DON'T expect an easy refund if you get into a situation like mine where the shipping gets turned around. All you will get is a lot of "be paitient/wait" requests and NO MONEY BACK.
And their whole argument was for me to start a refund to "protect" my money. I know you can see the irony in this.

BEWARE OF THIRD PARTY SELLER SCAM! On ALIEXPRESS
I ordered 3 dresses from a 5* seller (BRIDAL 2 STORE) and received the message below for ALL three orders:
"PLEASE DONT IGNORE THIS MESSAGE AS BELOW ( we will refund 15$ as gift when you get the dress.) Due to my mistake, the logistics tracking number became invalid. We will fill in the correct tracking number again and let you receive it within 1-2 weeks. However, you need to click on confirm receipt to prevent the order from being closed, if you dont confirm, the order will be automatically closed, please do that if you still need."
I responded
"I cannot confirm receipt until I have physically received the dresses. I guess you'll have to close the order and refund my money as I WILL NOT confirm receipt of something I don't have in my possession"

Aliexpress sold me a broken helmet and then instructed me to return the item then the seller or aliexpress would refund the return shipping fee. Months later they said I do not have enough evidence eventhough i sent the postage invoice numerous times. This is a cheap chinese scam site. Had the worst experience online yet ordering from this website. They took my money, but didn't send the item I ordered. They gave me someone else's tracking number to make it look like the item was underway, and then delivered, which never happened. When I contacted support about this they were useless, very incompetent, unprofessional people, their delivery guaranteed or refund policy is total bs, they didn't care at all about the problem and provided no solution.
