SCAM Do not trust this site or its sellers. I spent almost $400 on furniture items that were delivered to the wrong address in the wrong city. UPS stated that the package was not even in my name. I saw Ali Express' reply and they are certainly a scam and such a dishonorable company. They lied and said my bank would not accept the refund. They are very polite while they keep your money and do not sent the merchandise that you purchased. Their only good reviews are fake reviews. I purchased an item for just under $200. They did not ship it to me, which they admitted in an email and it has been impossible to get a refund for over 3 months now. They admitted they did not ship it to my address but they also emailed me a fake Fed Ex tracking #. I called Fed Ex and confirmed it was fake. I got ripped apart ff because some people left good reviews I read but many were fake reviews made by Ali Express employees. This company is obviously a scam, a very elaborate scam ripping people off for millions of dollars and because they are in China, it is impossible to do anything.

I think AliExpress lets crooked vendors put merchandise ads on their website that they have no intention of delivering. It happened twice to us. Bought a burr grinder to grind coffee beans for expresso. The price was lower than I found Amazon/Target/Walmart type sites so we bought it. They charged us, and took our money, and confirmed the order. But then 8 days later they closed the order due to "time out" because the vendor hadn't shipped the item. We complained to Aliexpress about having use of our money for more than 8 days for free, and we wanted them to not allow vendors to advertise when there was no intent to deliver...just a money float scheme. We bought another of the same burr grinder from another vendor and the exact same thing happened. Worse yet, this time there was a Black Friday sale on this item from legitimate websites and vendors, while this item was supposed to be shipped to us. So we were deprived of the opportunity to buy this product at a discounted price. If anyone else has had this experience, maybe post on this website and maybe we can get an attorney interested in a class action lawsuit to bring Aliexpress to justice! It is still on sale from the last vendor at an even lower price, but I guarrantee they have no intent to ship this item to anyone.

But 1 is as low as it goes. I ordered a chair on 12/1/24 through Paypal. I checked on the progress to see what date it would be here. I gave them every single number they asked or, order number, invoice number, transaction number, and tracking number. I recently ordered a vacuum part that didn't fit the model as claimed. Also while I was placing the order, it told me my payment wasn't complete, so I clicked on "pay". I ended up with 2 orders. I tried to contact customer service and the seller. The seller said "you ordered 2 my friend". They wanted pictures of the part. I sent it, they wanted a video, I sent that too. They kept saying they need evidence. They kept refusing to refund me. There is no option to return the product. They told there is nothing wrong with the item so refund is declined. If you chat with the bot long enough eventually a human comes on to tell you your complaint is being reviewed. They are not quick! I wasn't just asking for my money back I wanted to return the item because it wouldn't fit and I don't need 2 of something I can't use. This went on for several weeks. I kept asking how can I return this to you. No answer. There are no return lables. I don't think it's factered into this app. They have no intention of refunding customers.
They eventually agreed to give me refund. I have to check if that actually didn't get reveresed it because they are not trust worthy. I still have the items because they won't tell me how to return it.
Worst on line shopping experience ever! That was my first ant last order with Aliexpress.

Zero stars! I placed an order on November 28,2024. I went on AE today, December 5,2024, as I was wanting to leave a review. Lo and behold! I see that my order's status is: EXPIRED! They NEVER sent me an email or contacted me to tell me this! And when I try to get the lousy dollar 'Delivery guarantee', it tells me 'Collection unsuccessful'. Why TF have a 'guarantee'?! I contacted an agent after great difficulty, in trying to get an agent, and she tried to help me out. But in the email that I received was: "Regarding order **************, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue a refund at this stage since the request raised has beyond the buyer protection period." Ya, since I didn't know that my order was EXPIRED! Bunch of ripoff artists! Temu and Amazon are soooooo much better than AE. AE is run by amateurs and morons. Bunch of thieves. AliExpress and Seller.
Seller starts off with sending me a message saying my address is incorrect(!). Bunch of clowns. Then, when I wanted a refund on the item, as it was not as described, AliExpress and FIVE AliExpress agents simply lied, and told me that it will be taken care of. Each agent read from a script stating the exact same lies. The Seller was supposed to pay for shipping. Shipping with tracking cost five times as much as the item! Seller didn't bother to respond to me. In that case, AE is supposed to step in, and issue me an AliExpress coupon to cover my cost. But they simply told me that someone will email me back. Twice they told me that. No one from AE ever emailed me back. They simply waited till the return window passed. Then they simply closed the case. I appealed, but they rejected my appeal. I buy lots from AE, Amazon, and Temu. Amazon and Temu have been great whenever I wasn't happy with the item. While AE is happy to just give you the run-around, and hope that you will just give up, and go away. Bunch of fumb ducks. 🤬

One of the worst designed websites to navigate and I've had several issues with products not being delivered in time and/or tracking not being available. Not sure what type of courier services these guys are using, but I've also read reviews and other articles where this has been a huge issue! Furthermore, I keep getting emails regarding feedback and filling in a survey, but the link doesn't work. What kind of amateur operation is this? I've also clicked on their online help centre which just times out and comes back to the same page! They seems to offer a delivery guarantee, however I haven't seen any credits/coins deposited back to my account and since it's impossible to actually contact anyone there, unlike Amazon or Temu, one might need to weigh the options and go with more reputable sites. Judging from the overall review of AliExpress on Trustpilot, I'm starting to see a more clearer picture! Would not recommend!

There are a number of CRIMINAL sellers on Aliexpress who believe they've developed a foolproof scam. Here's how it works:
1. You place an order for something costing $100+. In my case, I ordered a $349.24 Expresso Machine 11/23/2024 that sells for $499.99 or more at major retailers.
2. Seller than posts an Amazon tracking # which YOU can't track, or a fake UPS/USPS/FedEx #.
3. You receive NOTHING or a tiny package of something worth pennies. Then you must fight with Aliexpress to get a refund. In my case I received nothing and immediately filed PayPal/credit card claims.
I named this Sporadic Scam because these sellers keep their Aliexpress accounts by properly filling small $ orders to try and hide their crimes. You can avoid them by doing the following: BEFORE you buy, click sellers name and view 1 star recent feedback. You'll likely see a looooooooong list of recent victims.
BOTTOM LINE: If the price seems too good to be true, it is likely posted by one of these scammers. P.S. My scammer is dumb enough to be funny. He posted "posted shipped" for my order. How do you partially ship a factory new boxed coffee machine?

I've shopped on Aliexpress on and off for about 10 years. It has been a few yrs but I tried them again recently. I would say the customer service has improved but I would still not recommend it. I had one item that was delivered mistakenly to another home by the last mile courier service (SpeedX which is also on my naughty list). I tried multiple times to contact them to get my package or a certificate, statement or something to explain there was a delivery error. They did not respond to calls, texts, or messages via their website or their facebook page. Aliexpress required evidence that there had been a delivery error or they would not refund my money or send a replacement. I explained that I could not get the company to respond in anyway. They said it was my responsibility to follow up and provide the evidence from the courier. I had 72 hours to do this and failed. Therefore I was charged for the item. I have a long history of purchases from them so I am not sure why they think I would lie about this delivery error on a cheap sweater but they insisted it was my responsibility to PROVE that I did not receive it and to do all follow up with the courier service. I submitted a photo of the house the package was delivered to (from the courier services tracking page) and then a photo of my house with the address showing...but that was inadequate evidence. I am now done with them for good.

On several occasions I have received only one of two items ordered. On other occasions I have been sent the wrong item, an item I did NOT order. In both cases I was not reimbursed or was told to return the item at my own cost. (which would have been twice the cost of the item) Most recently I bought a pair of tan/brown shoes and a pair of black shoes. I got the package after 6 weeks. It included a pair of PINK shoes. The black shoes were not included nor did they arrive later. I asked for a full refund. I got nothing for the Pink shoes I did not order or want, and $10 for the black shoes (about 75% of the total cost) So in summary, I paid about $20 for absolutely NOTHING. So, if you order a phone and get a candle, just expect them to tell you that because you got something, you won't get a refund. In addition, if you order something and don't receive it you have to prove you didn't receive it by getting an official letter from the post office saying they lost it or something like that. So if you received one of two items, you will likely be out of luck as the package was delivered. Just to add to the aggravation you also won't be allowed to give the seller who basically stole your money a review. Once you open a "dispute" you can not do that. My take away is that their only concern is to protect their sellers even if they are disreputable. I guess karma will get them in the end.
Horrible company. I purchased an external hard drive from Shop*******401. After formatting it, I dumped a few files onto it, then it died. I did not want to return as I had just dumped some personal files onto it so the seller agreed to send out a replacement. 4 months later and it still hasn't arrived. Seller keeps saying he will check on it but that has been going on for 2 months now. I contacted AllieExpress to step in. They will not refund my money unless I provide a picture of the broken product which I threw away when it died. They stole my money and will NEVER see another purchase from me. If you want a reliable Chinese company with customer-friendly return policies, use Temu. Also, avoid DHGate, they are even worse than AllieExpress.

I ordered some natural deodorant, and it is three inches long. The picture makes it look like a regular size bar of deodorant. There are no places to leave reviews. I see why.
