I ordered a product. They use a tracking company I have never heard of. First Tracking said It arrived 9/1/2024. Later tracking said it arrived 9/5/2024. The tracking company said I signed for it and was left in my mailbox. If I signed for it, I would have taken it in my home and not left it in my mail box and vise versa. I paid $347.30. I never receive it. I asked several times from the seller for a refund. They refused to refund my payment. I contacted Aliexpress The seller sent them the tracking info and Aliexpress refused to refund me. I have had discussions with the seller and Aliexpress since 9/5/2024. I have no other recourse but to tell others of their actions. Most retailers will refund if the buyer never receives the item. Do not use Aliexpress. I recieve emails form USPS daily about mail and packages that I will receive. I did not get any packages the date they report it was delivered (Sept 5). I also checked all packages from Augest 30-Sept 10 and none of the tracking numbers do not match this tracking number they gave me. Paypal also will not support the customer when a product is not delivered. They want to blame the USPS when they did not send the product. Do not trust this Chinese company.
I got a free refund. Great. But wait for it, the shipping address was in Afganistan and no one in my country ships there! When I tried to contact customer service they said they are sorry but I missed my deadline and should contact the seller. The seller of course is not responding. I never got my refund.
Had one ok order and then they send something diff without order and took the money from my CC. I got the $ back through the bank.

I hardly ever shop on this site but every other time I do it's drama and they make me regret it. They know that most of the sellers and the trash they sell is awful and that's why they only allow 30 days to leave feedback. They also will not allow you to add pics, it will pretend to but it will not be added to your feedback because well it's solid proof and they can't be having truth of bad purchase experiences on their website. I bought an emszero body sculpt machine with RF handles and got it on a 1.1 sale for 57% percent off. With a coupon for an additonal 80 off. It was an amazing deal and seemed too good to be true. Well, it was definitely a scam and too good to be true. They processed the payment on my credit card. Then two days letter they sent me a message on whatsapp saying the payment I made was only a deposit and I needed to pay an additional $420.00. I told them there was no mistake made and I paid what was due via alliexpress. I told them I would report them and the scam they were pulling. Do not trust buying on this site, because the sellers are very shady and this happens often. I was so sad, as I really wanted that machine. I waited for years to get that sort of price, but feared it was too good to be true. They told me if I was unwilling to send the additional 420.00, then I needed to cancel the order. Not sure Alliexpress will do anything about it. I am not certain I will ever buy via alliexpress again either. This has really burned me. Beware! Many scam sellers are on this site and if you think the deal, even a sale is too good to be true, then it more than likely is.

I made an order on November 18,2024, and as of January 26,2025, this order has not been received. There is no more tracking since December 18,2024! Aliexpress constantly pushes the reassessment date back 10 days in 10 days while refusing to refund despite the obvious! On January 26,2025, Aliexpress refused to reimburse me again. They offer a refund 4 months after purchase in March 2025. I understand very well that Aliexpress will do everything not to reimburse me!
This isn't the first time I've been scammed by Aliexpress but it was the last time, I learned my lesson! I will contact my credit card provider in order to file a complaint against Aliexpress and request a chargeback and I will get the money that Aliexpress refuses to give me back!

I made an on November 18,2024, and as of January 10,2025, this order has not been received. There is no tracking since 2024-12-18. Aliexpress's policy when there is no longer tracking is reimbursement! On the article, in my account, it is clearly written that there is no longer tracking and that I can request a refund. I bought a miniPC from the above seller, which wasn't great to begin with. After a couple of months, one evening it literally exploded in my face. The seller insists on charging me for a repair since "I broke the CPU" (a totally ridiculous claim), and Aliexpress reps do absolutely NOTHING to help other than giving me fake compliments and asking me to contact the seller to resolve this.
I lost 180EUR from this ordeal, do NOT buy anything of high value on that platform. Should something bad happens, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. Don't believe Aliexpress reps' fake promises, they will only waste your time without helping.

I never received an item from 2 separate orders.
Also when dealing with customer service, it's more useful to find the nearest inanimate object for help to fix your problems.
When I did contact customer service they asked for my order number for each order I placed and I realized THEY ARE THE SAME.
Not sure how that's possible as they were placed at two weeks apart.
They denied my refund because they said my items weren't paid for. Then when I sent them my order number I already sent them 5 times they apologized and said they will request a refund.
All that did was reset my 48 hour refund time I was already waiting on from the previous chat.
They will not help whatsoever.
I asked to cancel all items and be refunded for everything and they said they can't because they're shipped (one order hasn't even been in transit)
By far the worst customer service and company I've ever dealt with in the 32 years I've been alive.
I'd suggest Temu over this, at least you'll EVENTUALLY get your items.
This is the biggest scam of a company I've seen.
If you're waiting on a refund, just go ahead and dispute them to your bank. You'll save some time unless you want some proof of how huge of a scam artist this company is. Lol

Garbage.
Everything is cheap, which you already know. What you don't know is there are stipulations to all the "protections" you get. Free returns for 90 days? Only if approved by Ali-express and the seller. Refunds for bad or defective products? Takes days and you have to be in a constant fight with the seller to get it. All in all, it's best to avoid at all costs. If you do need to buy something here, buy small, simple things, never anything big. You will lose at some point on this site.

After paying over 5000円 for a belt sander + 990円 for the socket adapter they forgot to pack, the sander died after 15 minutes. AliExpress after days of trying to get them to do something about this have decided to "possibly" give me 30% back and will "let me keep" the broken trash of a product they're keeping 70% profit on.

I saw Ali Express' reply and they are certainly a scam and such a dishonorable company. They lied and said my bank would not accept the refund. They are very polite while they keep your money and do not sent the merchandise that you purchased. Their only good reviews are fake reviews. I purchased an item for just under $200. They did not ship it to me, which they admitted in an email and it has been impossible to get a refund for over 3 months now. They admitted they did not ship it to my address but they also emailed me a fake Fed Ex tracking #. I called Fed Ex and confirmed it was fake. I got ripped apart ff because some people left good reviews I read but many were fake reviews made by Ali Express employees. This company is obviously a scam, a very elaborate scam ripping people off for millions of dollars and because they are in China, it is impossible to do anything.

I bought a tablet from Alibaba Express. The seller didn't use the Alibaba Express tracking platform so I had no means of tracking the tablet l bought.
When the tablet arrived, it was an old tablet with scratches all over the back camera, no film on the front or back of the tablet as any new tablet should be, put in a bubble bag and packed in an unbranded box, with a poorly photocopied user manual leaflet (you have to struggle to see what is been photocopied) and an inferior charger.
There was nothing to show that it was a new tablet rather it has signs of wear and tear from previous owner.
I made video and pictures which was attached to the dispute submitted but Alibaba did not say anything about it.
I contacted The seller but he tried scaring me away that, I would lose if i returned the product as i will pay for the returns and it will be deducted from my refund as well and he was offering me peanut compensations.
I screenshot the conversations and sent to Alibaba customer service but they made no comment on it, all their interest was on the dispute page asking me to pay for the returns without confrontation the issue on ground.
Alibaba does not have the interest of buyers at heart that is why the sellers have the confidence to sell a lie.
Apps like Temu and SHEIN will never tolerate this attitude from the seller, they will provides you with return details, all you need do is to drop it off at the expected courier which is usually available in the neighborhood and get a FULL refund after inspections.
This is my first time of buying from AlibabaExpress and i am highly disappointed.

I ordered two replacement batteries for my JBL speakers from AliExpress. While the batteries themselves were correct, the plugs were not. The original plug is 1.5 cm wide, but the replacements I received have a 1 cm plug, making it physically impossible to connect them to the speaker. The port on the circuit board is fixed, so any mismatch renders the battery unusable.
I contacted the seller with detailed photos and videos explaining the issue. After several days, the seller acknowledged their mistake but only offered a 50% refund or suggested that I disassemble the battery and solder on a new plug myself. This is unacceptable!
I reported the issue to AliExpress, providing ample evidence, including photos with measurements and a video. Despite this, AliExpress stated that my proof was insufficient for a refund. My initial report vanished without feedback. I submitted another report (ID: **************) but still received no response.
It has now been over a week since my first report, and AliExpress has shown no interest in resolving the issue. They appear to be looking for reasons not to issue a refund.
Additionally, shipping practices on AliExpress are problematic. They charge excessive shipping fees and don't allow combined shipping for multiple items from the same seller, yet often ship them together in one parcel. This is poor practice and reflects badly on their business model.
I have lost all faith in AliExpress and will NEVER purchase from them again. For a better experience, consider shopping on sites like Temu instead.
