I bought from a couple of companies that are honest and trustworthy but I got scammed from this site also for R35 000 so keep your eyes open and keep all the chatting and buying on this site when they say you must go chat on WhatsApp you must know its a scam.

Products match with what was advertised, the process was effortless and customer service was more than satisfactory! I will continue to order from this company. I definitely would recommend it!

I recently purchased a komatsu PC55 from a company, YAGUAN CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING, a company out of shanghai ON ALIBABA.COM, run by MR. JACK LEE, salesperson is ALICE ZHOU, (LISA). Horrible experience, got the 2016 excavator finally, and the starter went out in the container. Could not even get the excavator out of the container, i had to pull the starter and get it rebuilt. Oh and the excavator was squeezed into a high cube 40 foot container. I had to cut off the pad eyes on the cab to get it out. ALICE ZHOU or LISA (same person) is a dishonest person, unit is supposed to have a 12 month warranty, and i have sent messages to ALICE/LISA and she ignores my messages. I had to pay $625.00 to get the starter rebuilt/uninstalled/installed and have sent LISA the bill and she refuses to reimburse me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, YAGUAN CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING ON ALIBABA. Very dishonest company. And the employees that work there are horrible. The unit i purchased was/is supposed to have A/C however the compressor is not even on the unit. YAGUAN CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING deserves not ONE start but NO stars. MR JACK LEE you should be ashamed of how you conduct business.

They stole my money. I ordered through Alibaba, I did not receive the product and Alibaba did not approve the refund

ALIBABA is judging very wrongly that a 25 volt rated capacitor can be used on a 30 volt power source. In this case the capacitor will explode and de light will get damaged. I provided Alibaba with enough evidende and also warnings from a capacitor producing company not to use capacitors on higher voltages than written on the capacitor. But Alibaba is not professional enough to judge this and does not support me with trade assurance policy. I can not sell these products due to the shortcomings of the lights.

We have recently been in search of the right manufacture that is willing and able to produce for us a matching set of Knee & Elbow Braces with our very own private label / custom logo. As a longstanding member of Alibaba, we started to search for the right suppliers and we came across quite a few manufacturers that produced these specific goods and pretty well all of them claimed that they could provide us with all we were asking for, at the best price and with the best quality guaranteed. After going through a long list of offers and quotations, we broke it down to 3 companies, each with their own specialty of products. They all looked pretty solid but that's an understatement. We ordered something from each and prepared for the arrival of goods that were for inspection of quality and or for a possible promotional trial. Well in short only one company out of the 3 has made the approval list. The other 2 dropped the ball and showed us how really careful we need to be when deciding which of them to want to deal with for a long term business relationship. We are proud to say that Tianjin JRQ Sports Products Co., Ltd. and their representative Mrs. Marianna Lee have convinced us that they will be the selected company that we will choose to move forward with on these type of products from this point on. We may even be interested in having them produce some of their other specialty products for our Name Brand.

Buyers get bad treatment from Alibaba Trade Assurance Team as despite providing the proof, evidence of the damaged and wrong items getting through their bad and fraudulent suppliers is very pathetic. Once they get your dollars they don't care and make bad decisions in favour of the bad and cheat sellers. I will not recommend anyone buying from this bad website and bad sellers of theirs. Everything seems so fishes and lies on this website. All you get is wrong and bad items and missing items. Basically now it has become a shame on Chinese products. All the Countries are boycotting buying from China because of their bad policies and substandard low-quality items supplied by them. I will not buy any product from them and will discard the use of their products from now on.

Wax exhausts are a really great company to purchase from, Carol can speak good English and can interpret technical details, I have now had 3 exhausts made by this company two of which were customised to my specifications without any problems, the factory has all the latest tig welding CNC profiling and laser cutting machinery.
This company are the only manufacturer of Porsche 718 2.0 - 2.5 L down pipes with a 200 cell sports cat AND GPF!
The quality of their work is tremendous and everything that I have purchased has taken less than 10 days to manufacture AND deliver to the UK

I have been looking for the best crystal candelabra since last year for the wedding of my daughter, however, due to COVID, it was moved for this year 2021. I put my level best and time to look for the best choice my daughter wants and amongst maybe 4-5 sellers, I found this Pujiang Kevin Crystal Crafts Co., Ltd. last year 2020. I've been in contact with Mr. Kevin Greene since last year, asking back and forth about what's the best candelabra, vases, crystal giveaways, candle boxes, etc. I am very much amazed of his professionalism, honesty, promptness, and fairness. You would really feel his integrity and decency. He made suggestions, helped me and my daughter a lot of the best products to choose. The pricing is not even an object because he does not care for what he will sell or profit, but he cares so much about us being happy and satisfied. I have not even received the products I ordered but I believe that for almost 5K US$ of crystals I ordered, the experience I had during this buying is priceless. I am a mother, a professional Registered Nurse, and a frontliner and I know the importance of the words "respect" and "integrity" that greatly influence any human being.
