Commercial contact was enthusiastic, and we made a good deal, by correct planned delay and price.
But the technical team was not able to produce it in the delay, far away, adding 9 weeks to the initial 6 weeks confirmed. And commercial contact didn't give any visibility for a new schedule during all this lag.

Three weeks I have tried getting my money back as I have not received my product despite being over 6 weeks late. Spoke with the company who told me they had never shipped my order and had no intention too. I was told to ask for a refund which lead to several separate emails with no outcome as alibaba have no returns policy. I have lost out of over £200. This company is a scam DO NOT GIVR THEM YOUR MONEY YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE YOUR GOODS AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK
