Don't use Ali baba, they have a trade assurance gaurentee for buyers, but it's not genuine. I brought electric scooters and they took near 4 months to arrive. Then they were faulty, contacted manufacture didn't reply for 1 month. Sent them and Ali baba video of the faults, it took them near 5 weeks to adjudicate, that-they couldn't confirm the whole 15 units were faulty, 4 units were faulty, what I said was how can I get confidence in the others not working. Anyway they say that the customer satisfaction is important, it is garbage, buyer be cautious here as they don't support they buyers and in China thier are plenty of shonky sellers and I got sucked in by Ali baba trade assurance, which is worth nothing. Don't buy of there sure there is no genuine trade assurance

Using Alibaba is user-friendly and makes ordering from my suppliers in China very easy. I'm 99% happy, however my only suggestion is that they allow PayPal as a payment option for suppliers.

I have had both good and bad experiences. I have bought items for decanting perfumes and those went great. I looked into purchasing some televisions and was robbed of my money. They asked to talk on whatsapp, then wanted to make the purchase through western union a few days later i was sent a message that my package was on hold and needed more money but no info to pay the courrier but they wanted the money themselves. I refused and am currently trying to see about having authorities involved. Be careful for these actions. The name of the guy was li kevin from Qinghai Kunlun River Wolfberry Industry Co. But I doubt they still have that account. Just be weary of these actions
