I have found Alibaba very good to use. In relation to searching for suppliers, the abundance of them in one way is very good for the choice, in another way you have to take the time to develop your communication with suppliers. I have found that some suppliers are very engaging, informative, patient, and willing to assist, others not so much, but this is where the benefit is - of having the choice. I will continue to use Alibaba as well for the safe buying and guarantees they give to ensure you are comfortable and confident as a first time user. Very good experience so far.

I tried to claim compensation for damaged goods, whereby I was insulted with 20$ compensation. Less than 10%.
