Had had read some bad l reviewsbut like the look of the products. Ordered 4 item and only one just fits. I was so disappointed. Definitely no true to size. Waist of money
Sadly this is cheap tat - actual garments not as advertised - impossible to return due to coming from China - unable to contact - replies in Chinese then postmaster delivery failed.
I ordered four dresses. They took weeks to arrive and when they did I couldn't believe how awful they were. The design and colours were nothing like the photographs and the sizing was appalling, probably four sizes smaller than what they were supposed to be. Really cheap and nasty with terrible workmanship - one dress was pretty much totally unravelled and two others had pockets that gave a whole different meaning to asymmetrical and one of which was sewn on all four sides. The returns and refund service has you jumping through so many utterly unnecessary online hoops it must be purposefully designed to make you give up and go away. When it comes they offer you a coupon to use towards the cost of returning the package - but you can only actually use it as part payment on your next purchase, which of course you will never actually make. The clothes are cheap for a reason - they are rubbish. DO NOT BE TEMPTED!
Received two tops today silky which was a surprise expecting cotton from pics, but actually really nice don't crease, patterns and colour as advertised and 10 day delivery, these are lovely garments wash well (20 degrees) and less than £6 each, no brainer! Fit as expected large is a good 16. Really pleased
Bought three tops which looked amazing online but in reality you get that sinking feeling, you know you wasted money - no care labels, barring a no 15 on one only - looks like scrubs and feels like lining material!

I ordered 4 days ago. Paid extra for expedited shipping. Got my $. But haven't even shipped yet. I have a week before I go on vacation. That's why I paid extra. Customer service I've called is in China. When they have a USA warehouse. Really makes me angry. Am I going to get ripped off. Most likely! Most likely will never order from them again.
Scammers. They take your money but dont sent your totems. Luck I paid with PayPal.

I ordered 3 shirts, they were supposed to be cotton. What I received was a poly blend resemblance of a sheer table cloth. Material is not breathable. It was a total Scam. Buyer beware.
I waited for over a month for my products to even be sent to me. Then, after they were delivered after a long time, they were to big and very poor quality. No I want to return them, and their online form doesnt work. So i wanted to contact their service and wrote an email. I got response in chinese that their mail box is full, and I should contact them other way. This shop is a scam. No contact, poor quality, stalling or ignoring costumers. I wonder if I will ever get my money back.
Do not order anything it is poor quality massively oversized and they can not communicate the response is always sent from no reply emails therefore you cannot respond. Stay away
Ordered 2 weeks ago and was charged 19.99 for 5-9 day delivery. Now 2 weeks later under "my orders" it says they haven't even shipped yet. It also includes a generic response that it might take 14-21 days to ship Their chat site is only for ordering new product. They absolutely need to have some way to communicate. Very poor customer service.
Ordered items up to the amount of £42.28 on 11th June 2020, it is now 9th July 2020, a month later, no items, no response to emails - I am going to call trading standards and police to get my money back! Order no. Is **************.
This is a terrible company. Keen to take your money but don't send out the goods. You pay a fortune for slow mail. There are plenty of other more reputable suppliers of basic clothing. Don't be drawn In by the price.

Well... they are $#*!ing with me in emails asking for stupid pictures showing them their cheap clothing 3x now. I told them that I have everything ready to ship and won't open their $#*! again... they are being unhelpful and uncooperative... and won't tell me how to return or refund me.
All items are a problem and one t-shirt is missing. I want a return address and my money back & told them to stop asking for pictures its all back in the packages and some of it I didn't even open I could see how cheap it was... The material is see through and cheap, the sewing is cheap, how they finished the products at all openings is terrible and these items are no where comparable to Pink brand items... they look like Walmart cheap Halloween costumes... cheap fabric... I told them to give me return address and shipping details as its a return & should be at their cost... they keep sending me emails asking for pictures... and not helping me at all...
Im pissed & very unhappy and I will make sure everyone knows that on social media. Please pass along and see how many we can reach out & make sure no one ever orders from these cheap bastards.
