I placed an order for a large amount of items and was looking forward to my new clothes. I heve received an email telling me that one item I ordered is not available and I will receive a refund I'm still waiting. When I track my order the information tells me my order has not yet been dispatched. I have now asked for my money back and am awaiting an answer. This is very disappointing because I was really looking forward to getting my clothes. I am very upset and will not order from this company ever again
AVOID - these are CRIMINALS and will take your money. If you are not satisfied, they will make it impossible to return anything. Several oftheir email addresses don't exisit. I have been in touch with them for weeks asking for a return address but they refuse to comply. Don't waste your money on these crooks
Understanding things take time due to lockdown, I should have realised 4 items were CHEAP & you get what you pay. Yet I didn't... 3 months later order still not even
Despatched & no communication! I paid via PAYPAL with a VISA card, having now read countless poor reviews, I will now be claiming a full refund through my credit card company based on not supplying goods - Has anyone else received their money back? Appears to be a SCAM company, BUYERS BEWARE!
Purchased 5 items from this website. Unfortunately the photos make the items look stylish and made from quality material. The reality is a million miles away from that. The quality and finish are very, very, very poor.
Claims easy returns... beware it is far from easy, had to make a claim via PayPal to get anywhere.

What arrived was the worst quality clothes I have ever seen. Tried to return for refund. There is no where to send returns. They don't answer emails. They send back time wasting emails when you ask where to return to. I'm contacting trading standards about them. I don't believe this is a proper company. They are just after your money.

Anyone who writes a good review about the clothes from this company are not legitimate. Appalling quality and garments are nothing like the ones displayed on line. Wish I had seen all these reviews before I had succumbed to a purchase. Pursuing my issues through PayPal to get my money refunded. If they want me to return the order they are very welcome to it back.
Trying to return an item to this fake company, they do not acknowledge, as they now have your money, they dont want to know. The item i ordered was nothing at all like the item advertised, VERY POOR QUALITY!

Clothes are inferior quality and never fit and will not respond to my request for returns. Do not stand behind their products!
Been done dozens of times on other sites but I took a chance on this one. Received my order within 7 days. Order was exact. No need to return anything. Will definitely use again and have just recommend to a friend.
This is not a legitimate company, the goods are not as advertised and poor quality. They make it very difficult to return goods. Contact with them is appalling. I have returned goods and they have accepted them back but have not refunded my money. I think they are cheats and should not be allowed to trade.
They received my money 7 days ago and still not shipped. I wish I had read sitejabber's last 25 reviews that show the company is a POS. How can they be rated 4.6 out of 5 with such horrible reviews? If I ever receive the 4 blouses I expect they will be Chinese, slave labor junk.
Appalling material and no hope of a refund, they ignore return address request, no response to enable a refund, if anyone wishes to purchase from this site please check the considerable dreadful reviews I have just found:-( money down the drain
Not the same as picture two blouses material is shocking cheap nasty The bags that there come in are nice until you get the garments out of the nice bag shock horror never buy from these again
I chose the clothes because they looked light and " airy" loose and made of linen and cotton. I could not have been more mislead. A tunic dress described as heavy linen turned out to be plastic and wipeable. A loose looking white floaty shirt in cotton was also plastic. White trousers so badly made baggy and tight with a cheap zip. Bracelets one of which was broekn turned black on one wearing. This company should be closed down on environemntal issues and it is not possible to get a refund. So they are crooks as well. CRAP JUNK Dont do it.
