I would give no stars if i could, i ordered a sneakers nov 11, today is now nov 22nd, and still says processing, now the item is sold out, i call to ask why is it still processing, and that the item is now sold out, so i would like my money reversed back to me... oh man,worst help ever, they gave me a supposed order id #, and told me call the merchant and make them confirm the order, is canceled are didnt go through, i called the merchant, and the order number doesnt exist, i called affirm back, and there still telling me, call the merchant to confirm, after i told them multiple times with in the call, that merchant stated they can not do anything with no order #
I have had 2 paid off accounts with Affirm. All 12 payments were made on time through auto debit. They never had to contact me for any reasons. 2 months ago, while I still had 2 payments left on my account I was approved for a larger loan. Yesterday I applied for a $300 loan and was turned down. The email that I received asked me to call them. When I called I was put on hold for 32 minutes and then was told it was a "System Decline" and there was nothing they could do about it. I guess their crap about "Pay your account on time and build up your credit with us" is garbage. As the system does not recognize previous payment records I was told. Avoid this company like the plague. Tell Amazon to shove their membership where the sun doesn't shine!
I would not recommend using Affirm's services after my poor experience with them. Despite the invoice from the company I purchased the doors from stating a zero balance after the return, I never received an invoice from Affirm indicating that I still owed funds. In response to this, they reported me to the credit bureau agencies without justification, damaging my credit score. I have been diligently trying to have this negative report removed from my credit report, but to no avail.

Affirm stole $700 from me. I was approved for a loan from Affirm and the merchant. Loan has been sitting in processing for over 20 days. Affirm decided to charge the entire amount of the loan to my bank account which they had no authorization to do. Affirm said it was just a pending charge and would fall off. It cleared my bank account this morning, so now I am out $700 and Affirm is refusing to refund it. Already filed a complaint with the BBB and my bank. These guys are clowns.

Terrible customer service, if u need a refund they will not do anything besides blaim the marchant. In my case American Airlines. American refunded them 2 months ago and I never got refunded. Now I am pressing charges on them with attorneyys. Dishonest
I don't actually recommend affirm at all. Ive used them many times but they don't seem to understand who keeps them in business. There is no loyalty program, no rewards for perfect payment history or paying things off early. Affirm is just a scum business in general. Try PayPal, Klarna or Zip instead.
I bought a toy that was returned by Amazon, thru Affirm. The dispute is I owe them still for the toy, which is not true. I have contacted them several times even filed a complaint through the BBB, I have proof and still Affirm is screwing with my credit.
I've been told by affirm since September 2023 that they will investigate my case that i open against Chic Spaces and as of October 2023 they are telling me the same thing ( allow 3-5 business days for merchant to issue refund). I submitted docs twice that the merchandise was sent to a different state. At this point affirm is just as fraudulent as chic spaces. So far i have opened 3 cases with affirm, neither has been resloved, not to mention i even called affirm. Only to get nothing resolved. Affirm want me to continue to make payment for a item that i never received. I'm requesting full refund from them and they investigate Chic Spaces to obtain their money back.
Customer service agents and supervisors have no idea what simple interest is. Tell me even if paid off early, all interest still applies. Sent an email to Max Levchin. We shall see if they respond.
Affirm declined my loan even though my credit rating report shows an excellent score. I purchased from them before and paid it off early. It seems that they don't want repeat customers who will pay off the amount before incurring interest.
****Update. Was behind because of an injury. Called for a solution and they said, "oh we'll make a note of it…". What? Tried to talk to supervisor and while waiting was disconnected. Before I could get ANY SOLUTION account became 30 days past due. Then when I am finally able to talk to someone I find out a loan modification was available whole time. Update starts here. Got nowhere with affirm customer service but filed a BBB complaint. After that they responded to that saying they were updating report to delete the 30-day late notification.
Been trying to login to my account for over a year now, all i needed to do was update my phone number and email address and have not been able to login since. Have called over 50 times probably truthfully double that and every time they tell me that they are updating them and I'll have to wait 3 to 5 business days for it to go through yet here i am over a year later and still can't login. This is beyond ridiculous guess I'll find another company to try because affirm is just plain stupid.

A company who are not sincere in helping their customers. The dispute I initiated with them July 20,2023, to get back the money they finance to stockstotrade. I printed all my communications with their customer care, containing promises and assurance of their help in getting back the money so I will not be paying a loan I did not use. After 2 months nothing happened, that they do not have the tool to help their customers is a website scammed their money. I can see they are in connivance with stockstotrade. They really will not like to get back the money from stockstotrade as they want to collect the money and interest from me. What really add more to this bad experience with this affirm is why did they not tell me from day1 that they cannot help me get back the money. I never used the website of stockstotrade, I deactivated their website in all my devices and unsubscribe from their emails.
Myself and 6 other people with good credit got denied. Yet we all have credit cards with high limits and low balances. Not point trying Affirm. Just use your credit card.

Hello! I've been using Affirm for at least a year & been on Amazon for good years, Affirm was implemented after some time which I gave a try right away. The limit is apparently made with telling how much you make (?) or after good payments, I know in my case I have started with a limit of 1.6K then as of today I am at 7K. I always payed correctly which is what you do, my returns were refunded within 1 day, payments as well. I've never used Affirm on another website, though I think it should be understood that the return must be processed by the company & not Affirm. Companies makes & wants to make money, you will never have great help.
