This is a scam. Ad came up in my facebook feed and placed an order more than a week ago. Money came out of my account but no follow-up. Called the helpline no answer.

I've been with Affrim for about 3-4 years and I've never had an issue until May '22 I got Covid! It's 10/14/22 and even though I've sent them proof of my hubs and having Covid, getting in contact with the airlines and hotel and yet, they want us to pay for something that we did NOT use! They're constantly giving me the runaround and I'm sick of it! We've decided that our lawyer gets in contact with them. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I will never use affirm to political. They cancelled selling my pillow (political). Stop backing China made goods, third world country goods slave labor.

Customer service agents and supervisors have no idea what simple interest is. Tell me even if paid off early, all interest still applies. Sent an email to Max Levchin. We shall see if they respond.

Affirm will not work with you on changing your autopay even if it means having issues with a past due account. I tried to change my auto pay date, and they would help me.

The worst God forgive if you change your phone you would never buy again 5 months i called for an update am still wating wow... and walmart partner with them good luck..

Do not sign up for their savings bank. The App is glitchy and no one can help you if anything goes wrong with your money. Stay away from the savings part of this company- complete novices and inept

I had been looking into use Affirm for a while. Now, the time came to use it and I put in the requested information such as, drivers license or passport and photos of the face to verify identity. I did this Multiple times to no avail, as the system could not process my items or told me that they did not match up. I am a Canadian born citizen and have had my ID's for years and have never been harassed in such a way by their Customer Care team. I called them and they told me that I am unable to use their service indefinitely. I asked them why and they said it was an issue with "Identity Eligibility". I asked them to clarify what part of my Identity was not eligible. They could not answer me. They said that it was all part of how their system works and that I probably made a typo when inputting my info. I asked them if making a typo is grounds to forbid a customer with amazing credit score, and 0 issues on my record, from using their service, for life. And they could not answer me. I asked them to raise it to another level and they told me that they would but I would not be surprised if this goes under the carpet, as most things do with these kinds of incompetent workers and complete disgrace of a customer care team. From a business standpoint, why would you close off your business to people who have great credit scores and the necessary funds to pay loans, for what, a typo? Or a problem with their automated identification process? A process that is on their end. Absolutely disappointed.

Purchased a Rolex watch through Affirm using Tradesy. Worst decision ever! The watch doesn't work, listing said in perfect working order. The horrible seller had a 4 return policy and I didn't realize the watch was defective until a week later. After incorrectly processing my dispute over a month finally spoke with a customer service agent that did it right. Mind you I had already submitted "evidence" they asked me to submit everything all over again, which I did. Email chats with Tradesy, videos of the watch not working and other emails from the seller. I get an email saying I have 14 days to submit additional evidence. 3 DAYS later they tell me my claim has been denied and I'm favor of the seller. Why? Because they are "honoring the return policy" WHAT? Waste my time, take up a month of my time and for what? You could have just said that a month ago. No "investigation" was done obviously. If I had purchased the watch through my credit card company they would have done something. Useless scammers!

Received an incorrect item when I ordered through Walmart.com. A totally different pool than I ordered. It took over a month and a half to go through returning it (Walmart is a MESS). Then when it was finally refunded, i find out I am responsible for finance charges and I Lost over $80! I wasted HOURS of my time due to an error on Walmarts part and then still end up paying when I SHOULD be the one compensated! Affirm need to update its terms to note that IF fault of Merchant, they are responsible ALL Charges/costs! I will NEVER EVER go through Affirm again. Even when I submitted documentation showing it was the Merchants error they sided with Merchant, Now I realize why, SO they can also rip of the customer! TERRIBLE do not USE /Trust this service

Doesn't care about the customers, been using them for years and never late on a payment but now can't get approved for a small purchase. I will be going elswhere from now on.

I have had made two purchases with products that use affirm for credit. Affirm requires you to put a card on file that they charge every month. You have no control of when or how this payment plan stops unless you talk to them first I had to call twice to get the payments refunded that they overcharged and never received a refund. The second product I purchased was through Vshred which was not anything that they promised or said it would be I had two trainers that quit the company within a week of being give the information there information and so I wanted to cancel because I was four weeks into the contract and had received absolutely nothing. Trying to get the refund and the credit back between the two companies has been impossible. And affecting my credit score, if you value your credit score, that is how they get you to pay even though the product is a total scam I will never purchase anything that uses Affirm as a credit co ever again. And will not be pressured by this is a one time offer without ever doing research on the company more thoroughly.

The Services I have had with Affirm is very Misleading I tried to purchase another item and I was approved before but now 3 weeks later my application was denied due to my credit, my credit was the same that it was 3 weeks ago. After talking to a customer service representative over the phone he said if I pay him money he can get my Loan Application Approved, this is Fraud and I hope noone else will have to go through this

THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! Woke up this morning to find my account overdrafted $200. I made a single payment of $150 yesterday, well they took out 5 payments of $150. I do not have any money in my account. I only owed one more payment of 150 so they took way more than I even owed. They took out $750 from my account. It even overdrafted my credit card. Now I've been trying to get this straightened out all morning and no one can help me. They can't even tell me if my money will be refunded. THEY EVEN ADMITTED ON THEIR TWITTER THAT THEY TOOK MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE'S ACCOUNT. WE WANT ANSWERS AND WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK. Like for real, this is theft! No authorization of this on my part. I am so upset over this, how does this even happen!? Please do not do business with this company.

I was told I would get a refund after a computer glitch, they told me ofc dont worry you just have to wait for a week in order to see the refund. No refund was made on the due date so I call back customer service the agent tells me oh now the procedure changed AND I have to prove that there was a glitch. I was like I already did. At this point I was done I wanted to speak with a supervisor wil call me back the same day. Ofc no one called me so i had to call back the new agent said oh noo there was a misinformation it can take up tp 48 hours to receive a call back from a supervisor. So I patiently wait for a call no one call. LIARS.I ll have to escalate this with VISA. INCOMPETENT I dont even now how theyre still in business.

I would give no stars if i could, i ordered a sneakers nov 11, today is now nov 22nd, and still says processing, now the item is sold out, i call to ask why is it still processing, and that the item is now sold out, so i would like my money reversed back to me... oh man,worst help ever, they gave me a supposed order id #, and told me call the merchant and make them confirm the order, is canceled are didnt go through, i called the merchant, and the order number doesnt exist, i called affirm back, and there still telling me, call the merchant to confirm, after i told them multiple times with in the call, that merchant stated they can not do anything with no order #

Their approval loan rate 90% of the time is higher than the cash advanced rate on most credit cards.

Amazon, advertise at a lower rate, and later they approve for a higher rate.

I bought a 4200 rolex watch from a company they never deliver to me and affirm when in favor to the company. Even do i sent them proof of I never got the items.think twice before thrust them

Do not be fooled by their advertisements. I wish Ihad read reviews on Better Business Bureau first. They are a scam. If you run into a problem, they won't lift a finger to help you. BEWARE.

I used affirm to purchase a set of chairs from wayfair. I discovered they did not work for me and immediately sent them back. Wayfair processed my return quickly. However a month later, I'm still being charged the monthly installment.

I reviewed the return process and when you use their online card method to check out, they allow themselves 45 days to process the return from the store. That's insane...

I saw the policy on interest charges on returns and they collect interest during the 45 days they take to process the return. So paying a high rate of interest for an item that is at your house for a day. Bad business.

Then, if you waited 45 days for thr refund and still don't see it, then you can submit a form to them and put all the information on it and they will check on it. The form is not attached to the actual transaction, like it is on similar competitors. You have to go completely out of the transaction to fill out the form and submit a bunch of info and verification of the return so they can look in to it.

Sham way to do business in my opinion
