I disputed a loan due to a return. They never credited me back and told me to stop making payments on the loan. 3 months have passed and now I found this loan is in defaul, has been reported to credit agency, and completely trashed my good credit. I am so angry that the customer support is unreachable and when you do get through, forget it. They can't do anything. I've had several other loans that I've paid on time and never missed anything. They did not assist at all when I needed help. If it was cost efficient to get a lawyer and sue for loss I would. Never again will I use this horrid service.
Used Affirm for several purchases before Christmas, thinking I'd sort it out and pay off the loans. Increasing my credit cards would lower my FICO score and I'm doing a refi loan.
So go to pay off the loans in January, less than 30 days later and for less than $3000 borrowed I'll be paying almost $1000 in interest!

If I could give Tiffani Rose/House of Rose a 0, I would. I have been dealing with a dispute with her, since September 2022. I received one of my items and not the coat. I reached out to her several times. When she finally returned my call, she stated the coat was restocked because several people wanted it and it would be in that Wednesday. I contacted her that Thursday and never received a call back. I reached out to Affirm, to let them know. They started a dispute and it is still going on. This is January 2nd 2023, it shouldn't take that long to dispute with a scam company. I also reached out to the BBB and they stated they never got a response back from the company. They always say, support your own. See what you get for trying to support your own. Just sad, I guess she is back to her old criminal ways. I'm not paying for an item, I never received.

I used this company to finance something and to help build credit. Well the loan went through, it gave 12 months to pay for the item, which I paid off in 5 months. The loan amt was $1400...again paid in 5 months. The loan still shows open on my credit after being paid in full! How does this hurt you, it shows you have outstanding loans which lowers you debt to income ratio, which in turn lowers your score and how lenders judge you as a risk due to debt. POS Co. I would never use them again.
I tried to create an account with Affirm but they responded via email that I can't create an account and they apologized. Also, they mentioned that they couldn't give me another chance haha. Then I asked them what was the mistake that I have made and how I can fix it. After that, the employee responded regarding security policy we could not address the reason. Moreover, I called them several times and asked them questions before declining my account, but the customer services seemed they were not familiar with the system and didn't have enough information; because all the time they asked me please wait for 5 to 6 minutes and then came back with empty handed and still didn't provide enough information. Overall, this company with its policy are totally ridiculous.
We contacted Affirm on October 21,2022 through Angie for home repairs. The service contractor performed the work (shabbily I might add, but that is a different issue). We were billed $207.66 and paid that amount via bank transfer on November 28,2022. We just received an interest charge of $2.74 dated December 27,2022 due NLT December 30. Tried to contact Affirm. Only thing they keep saying is that I owe $2.74 interest. Beware - they charge interest from date of contract, NOT from service date. Interest could just keep accruing if you are not very careful. DO NOT use Affirm!

Did that, still emails later saying payment not met! Two days later I finally get through online. Kept following their prompts to pay, and they never took the payment!.

I have Returned an item 45 day ago forwarding the acknowledgment from the company to AFFIRM. I have contacted AFFIRM questioning WHY I'm still paying for an item I have returned over ONE MONTH AGO. They continue to tell me they are investigating the problem even after I have forwarded the acknowledgment from the company that they have received my return. This is unacceptable business. Went through Affirm to purchase two mini dirk bikes through Syxmoto for my kids last Christmas. We were sent two dead dirt bikes, never worked and we couldn't get any response from the company whatsoever. We went through Affirm to get a refund. Went through MONTHS of sending in proof of emailing the company, proof of the bikes not working, spoke with several Affirm employees, supervisors, managers assuring us that after 30 days, then we were told 60 days, if Syxmoto didn't respond to the dispute we would be awarded the refund. After nearly three months, Affirm refused to refund us our money. 1,200 dollars we might as well have flushed down the toilet. They don't stand with their customers whatsoever. Customer service is absolute trash when you can even get it, complete scam. Don't walk away. RUN.
I've used to from several times and I had no problems until I had to return a product that I bought on Amazon for over two years now they keep sending me emails about a product that I do not owe money on. I return the product and they still don't get it even if I send them documentation I really wish somebody would get on the ball and correct the records now they have a credit or after me for a measly amount of money because the product wasn't that expensive

Affirm is absolutely the worst online payment program. I have spent the past few days trying to get my account back all because of a phone number change. My name is Nate and government name is Nathaniel and I put Nate under the account name. When I spoke to 8 representatives they kept telling me because I didn't say the right name they won't disclose any information even after literally giving them my social security. Don't get me started on the verify your identity with a picture of you and the current date email, if you take a few minutes to long the link expires and there is absolutely no way to get a new link unless you call and speak to someone you can't understand. Affirm won't even let me have my account back I'm tired of running around playing games when the account is obviously mine especially because I can read you my social security. Don't use this company they won't help you, I just want my account back and I can't even get that.
