Do not use your card and affrim. At the same time to complete a order.
All was well until this happened.
If you use your card along with affrim to purchase something and a refund is issued for not having you order, the money you used will not go back to your card it will go to affrim and you will not get your money back because you went through the app.
I am very displeased that im out 300 and it will not be refuned to my but to affrim instead. Never got the product and never got the refund.
Just make sure you use only the app or do not use your card with the app if you are not paying in full.

I opened up an account with affirm and order an ice maker for 100.00 when looking at my account with affirm I noticed a change with Temu of 32.39 I filed a report. Temu investigated and said there was no order purchase of that amount. I sent the email to affirm and they still said I was responsible. So not happy with this company at all.

Affirmed charged off a balance for jewelry that I returned to Tres Colori Jewelry. They insisted I owed them the balance even if I returned the merchandise.
I won't ever take a loan out with affirm again all they do is harass you day after day even if you've made payment arrangements, which I have for 6/******* l. I understand my pay was due 5/13/24 but I am late this month and I told them I will make two payments in June several times through email. I have been making my other payments on time they have been messaging me for almost two weeks now saying the same thing it's a disgrace. You do not have to worry about me trying to receive any type of loan from Affirm. Their most current email says I will lose access to my account if I don't pay today, even after scheduling a payment to come out on June 7th, if they mess up my credit I will be reporting them to all three credit bureaus.

I've never had a late payment had 15 loans with a $1400 purchase power. And then Poof! They took it away with no explanation! Affirm sucks and I'm still paying back loans but can not buy anything no more.
I made two affirm accounts. One with my personal information. The second with my coworkers information. Both accounts used my banking information. My coworker explained to me that there was an overdue payment, which was odd considering I had the funds in my account during the time of purchase and afterwards. I called the affirm number from the app, explained why I had two accounts, told him that my coworker was not comfortable giving her DOB and email address because she is not familiar, nor comfortable with online shopping. I was able to give him her first and last, as well as her phone number. He said he needed to speak to his supervisor before he could help me further. After being on hold for two minutes, he said he could help. I asked him to schedule the overdue payment for the following day, May tenth, and if I could call back to schedule the finale payment. He said of course i could call back, but to make sure I explain the entire situation. He then left a note on my coworkers affirm account stating that, I, would be calling May tenth to schedule the finale payment. On the tenth of May I noticed that both payments had been charged to me. Which was NOT supposed to happen. I called the affirm number again and explained the situation to a new customer service representative, she told me she was incapable of helping me. Then proceeded to tell me after I asked her to ask her supervisor, that there is no supervisor available. After I asked to speak to the supervisor personally she then told me it would be a 24-48 hour wait, which was how long it was (did) take for the money to officially come out of my bank account. When I finally did speak to the supervisor she gave me a bull$#*!e spew stating that there was nothing she could do, which I know for a fact was bull$#*!e considering the male employee I spoke to, and the supervisor that was working that day had absolutely no problem helping me. I am not impressed at all and will definitely not be using companies app ever again. Absolute $#*!e supervisors and customer service representative.

You can tell when a company doesn't care about their customers! And this company is one of those. All they care about is taking your money however they do not do right by the customer. I have been going back and forth with them for over 3 months in regards to a dispute ( I did not receive the item) and they have done nothing to resolve this issue. I have provided more than enough proof that I did not receive the item nor a refund and every supervisor I have spoken to has told me the same damn thing " we will get back to you soon". The customer supervisor, Jacqueline (assuming that's her name) kept explaining to me what a down payment is and simply would not tell me why I was being charged. Customer service is horrible. They pull money from your bank account with no purchase confirmation then make you wait a week for a refund. They have no record for anything that happens on your account. Consistency getting errors in the app. Horrible experience. Rep Angelyn A. Has no idea how to do her job.
Affirm gave my wife a loan of 3500. Because the company we used were in the middle of a buy out, the original Co. Took his money for accessories we ordered $400., but the new guy buying to Co. Now had to get his money of a SOAR boat on sale 2235. But because this was a 2nd transaction it didn't go through. We called and they said we had to get a new loan, after wife tried they would now only allow her to get 1000. WHAT! The manager didn't get what we were telling her... wife has a credit score of 750... so we got a loan at our bank which she should have done in the beginning... we're paying off the accessories at Affirm and closing this account and will never use again... don't use them...
So I have used affirm and suggested it to many of my co workers and since I work for Walmart I suggest all the time so customers can enjoy purchases. I have personally used affirm about 15
To 18 times and have only ever been late on a payment for a day maybe and sometimes less than 12 hours because I don't do auto pay and simply forget since we are so busy now days. I normally have a spending limit upwards of $3600 but when I went in the other day I noticed it had been dropped to $180. Now I normally don't care because I am getting a bonus in March and it will pay off most of my debt anyway so it ll Probably change but it still really bothered me that I take care and use you so much only to have you take away my spending power. If this is how you truly do business and treat those customers that you don't have to chase then I will find other ways moving forward and it won't be thru affirm. Very disappointed affirm I also will lot be referring you to Amy more customers moving forward

We've used affirm several times over the past four or five years. Sometimes we're approved for $1,200 sometimes we're approved for $800 and sometimes we're only approved for $200. They pick and choose what they approve you for and for how much. We've also noticed that big items such as appliances no longer accept affirm. They don't even report good payments or early payoff to the credit bureaus. My credit score is over 600 and I can't get approved for my own a firm account because my husband has one. I guess you can only have one a firm account per household. Our hot water heater just went out and now we can't get approved for a new one.
Waiting on my refund to be processed first off but to no avail yet! Called 6-7 times and got different amounts of what my refund is and different ways it will be refunded to me as well! PLEASE PLEASE beware of Affirm being a rip off and stay away from this Company! If you go through them and have any issues consider it will never get fixed like mine!
