I have started trading using the Pocket Option platform. So far the experience was smooth and good. Lots of deposit options, withdrawal processed within allotted timeframe. Customer support is responsive. I have seen different problems when it comes to withdrawal but my experience so far was good. I was able to verify my account before doing transactions. I will not try to tell you what to do but if you have made investments with pocket options you should not be paying them for withdrawal or any of those charges, they are manipulative and you get any from them without truly getting help from authorities higher than them. They do not listen to the regulators they should but you can report them (see suggestion below) and they will be forced to do the right thing. This works if you invested without knowing they were a scam.
