I was a little skeptical I am not gonna lie, but figure I would at least try it out. I am plus size and many times companies don't know what a true plus size girl fit is. I was genuinely impressed with the set I purchased and have also purchased a sexy one piece bathing suit and couldn't be happier. I had to call customer service and they were super helpful too. I love this stuff!
I have a relatively small band size (34 or 36) but my cup size is pretty large. They advertise sizes such at 34DDD or 36DDD but the bras I recieved in those sizes would never fit me now, maybe back when I was a 36D. I've returned almost every bra I've ordered from AdoreMe because they never fit as they should for a large size. I kept one because it mostly fit me, but I could never wear it as a daily bra or even wear it all day. It's more so for fun. I'm sure this product is great for average sizes but I've never had most of their products long enough to see how well they wear. They cater to typical sizes it seems but I don't think I could ever be satisfied with their products. I'm done trying to find a bra that is even just moderately cute, functional and actually fits from AdoreMe. It's just not going to happen.

Horrible customer service, malfunctioning purchasing system, unclear return process, and definitely not designer-quality lingerie. I was signed up for VIP despite selecting the one time purchase button during check out. Barbara (customer serv rep) and Jerri (supervisor) were extremely rude and unprofessional. Jerri invalidated my concerns and repeatedly claimed I was either dishonest or mistaken. I will never recommend or purchase again with this company.
I'll stick with Nordstoms, it's worth paying a bit more for quality and professionalism.

I thought this would be one of those "too good to be true" type of businesses... but on my very first order, everything was well made, attractive, and fit perfectly! I'm generally a L or XL. The bras/panties fit and look amazing. The yoga pants and sports bra I got are so comfortable and fashionable. I ordered a two piece swim suit, and I might order a band size larger in the top next time, but still fit and was, yet again, super cute.

I placed my order by March 18th and it was shipped by March 23th, on the email that I received says the estimated delivery time would we 3-5 business days, today is April 1st and I still have not received my item. I contacted them 4 times and they kept telling me that you will receive your item in a week!

Half of my order was missing in the package they sent me. When I asked them about it, instead of sending me the missing items they just gave me $10 store credits. At that point I was already skeptical, so I decided to send everything back. Few days later I received an email stating that they cannot give me a full refund because I didn't send back all the items -- including the items I NEVER RECEIVED. They also charge you $6 restocking fee for EACH ITEM. I ended up spending over $100, getting $60 refund and left with just one pantie which was on final sale so I couldn't return. Don't waste your money on them.

I was a VIP member and had ordered several items from Adore Me which were all of average/below average quality. I had forgotten to skip a couple months and had a good credit chunk. Decided to cancel my membership so I ordered a sizable order (>$100). The wrong order arrived. This sort of thing happens, nbd. I then start the process of getting my real order and it was LUDICROUS. First off, customer service answers quickly and kindly. BUT they took 3 or 4 emails to actually get my account strait. Then you have to reorder all of your items individually (for me, 7 different orders). On top of it, they were out of stock on several of the items I had chosen. Customer service told me they restock midmonth and have new items at the beginning of the month. INCORRECT. Mind you, this is all from THEM sending me the wrong order. I then asked for a refund, was told I have to wait for a lot of processing, it has been over a month and have not seen anything. This process is ridiculous and you can get better products at Target and then you won't have a bag with ADORE ME written across it arrive at your work (please send lingerie in discreet packaging). They have no chance at beating out VS with this process.

After taking a deeper look into this situation and investigating what happened, we could see that the package returned is yet to arrive at our warehouse. The RMA was started on March 8th and is still being returned to us. Please be advised that as out policies state on the website, returns are typically processed within 30 days since you drop the package in the mail.
Moreover, the warehouse will contact you with the refund details once they have received and processed your order.
Also, the order comes in a plain color box, but the logo of our brand and our web address are written on it. It is not discreet, but it doesn't give away the surprise.
So, unless the person that you are trying to surprise is familiar with our company, they should not be able to guess what's inside.

Never do business with this company Adore me.com. I placed an order on January 28th, 2017. Received items on February 4th returned items on February 6th, 2017. Still have not received refund. I have contacted them by email and by phone twice a week since February 6th, 2017. Keep getting conflicting responses concerning the receipt of my return. I received an email on March 7th stating my order was received but they still sent me emails saying the warehouse did not have my order. I talked to someone today and she said my order was received at the warehouse today she said she would send me an email stating this was the latest update and confirmation of receipt of my order. I have not receive an email. All they so is lie and send the same email out without even checking the warehouse. I would never recommend them to anyone. This site is scam it should not take 2 months for them to receive the package from the post office after you send it back, I am going to get my State Attorneys office involved and go the local stations that advertise for them to let them know that I am having trouble getting my money back as so many other people are having problems as well. I will be using all available resources to bring attention to this company and their deceitful practices, You can never talk to a Supervisor what company does not have a Supervisor to handle your complaints after 2 months of not getting any resolution. This situation is very stressful. I will give up until I get my refund! They have their merchandise I want my money! I have given them more than enough time to resolve this issue!

Well I thought i would give Adore me a try! What a waste of money! I purchased 4 different sets and they all were very cheap and 1 set i couldn't fit around me. I ordered 36DDD 3 fit around and 1 was not even close. I removed the tags so... shame on me. But I thought the others fit around me so I thought it would. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I work hard for my money and these set were cheap and did not fit well at all. Walmart has better quality than ADORE ME!

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
