Ought had holes torn in them within two days, and when i asked to buy a set of pants separate, adoreme gave me a coupon to replace it with anything on their site. I loved this set, but the service i received spoke more volumes than the comfy pjs.

I was very excited at the beginning of my order on april 5th 2017 when I ordered 3 bathing suits totalling over 100$. This excitement ended as my first date of delivery had passed with no bathing suits arriving, the postal tracking ended on April 12th when it entered Canada and no longer have access to seeing where my package is. It is now April 26th and I leave for vacation in 2 days and will be going without bathing suits if these do not show up. I would buy other bathing suits but they WILL NOT REFUND me for them until they are delivered which is probably never going to happen so now I'm out more then 100$ and have no bathing suits for vacation. At this point I will never order from Adoreme ever again. They take no responsibility for this and each customer representative I speak with says the same

IVE BEEN PATIENT FOR ALMOST A MONTH and now they are about to ruin my 5000$ vacation as I will not have bathing suits. I'm a very unhappy customer, they can't even tell me where my package is. I am now being told to wait until May 12th 2017.
Canadians and all other almost customers should stay away from this company they're scammers.

Placed an order and almost a month later I still haven't received it. Contacted adore me and the only response I get is oh sorry but we can't track it. So what now? No refund, no clothes. This is a scam and they will steal your money. Go to the mall and leave with what you buy. If I received my order but didn't pay them for a month I'm sure they would have a problem with that. Unfortunately, we can not account for the time spent going through the international customs and border services. Canada's border is especially strict, and has been known to hold packages for up to five days). This lingerie is great. It fits well and very soft on my skin. The wire was poking me so I had to take it out, but in the future I will just buy wireless. That's not the sites fault. I rate a 5!

I purchased three bras from adore me and two have broken within two months of receiving them! When I first joined and ordered my first bra I was very happy when it came, however in lesss than 2 months it is broken beyond repair.
The first bra had a front clasp, after two months the pins on the clasp broke so you could not clasp it anymore. The second bra the loop that holds the strap in place ripped open while I was at work! How embarrassing!
These Are supposed to be high quality bras that don't last a couple times wearing them! I will never purchase another product or recommend this company to anyone!
Seriously do not be fooled by their claims of high quality bras, spend the extra 5-10 dollars and go to Victoria secret!
*****update- I must say that adore me customer service is awesome. Responded to my complaint immediately and gave me vouchers to replace the two bras that broke! Hopefully I have better luck this time!

Why can't you just order a bra without being charged each month. Most comfort fitting bra but would not need one every month... I am 66 yrs. Old and do not need as many as when I was younger. Most comfort bra ever and would order a few more but do not want to be VIP.

Originally I was very happy with them. However, I placed an other for a bathing suit and paid $19.95 for overnight shipping. The shipping options stated it would arrive by April 17. (I was leaving on vacation on the 18). On the 17th I received the tracking number and an email stating it was just shipped. I immediately contacted them requesting a refund for the overnight fee since the item was not shipped and was told overnight shipping only counts if ordered before noon. And sorry, no refund. No where on their site did it state this. NOW they are working on the "fine print" however, I am still out an extra $19.95 and nothing has been done!

I have now ordered about 10 or more sets of matching bras/panties from Adore Me. I have only returned 2 sets because I didn't like how they looked on me. The quality is wonderful and the fit is perfect for me. I am 45 years old, weigh 145 lbs and am 5'5" with a 36 D cup. I can fit a 36 C but I spill over a tad so choose to go with the 36 D. I usually wear the large or x-large panties/thongs because I am rather hippy. I will certainly order more and love the beautiful styles they offer. Happy happy happy customer.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
