This site is a ripoff. My teen daughter ordered lingerie from them thinking that it was a great deal, and paid me for the order BUT used my debit card for a bank account I don't use often - we thought this was a one time order, just like any other website! We didn't know it is a scam membership site where you are joining the "VIP Club" that is impossible to cancel. This has turned into a cyclical nightmare where they keep charging my card, she received lingerie that we returned and they won't cancel her account until it's returned, she forgets to call and cancel, I don't notice the repetitive charge until a few weeks later, she calls for refund which they apply IF THEY ARE CALLED "IN TIME" and they keep charging my card. I may actually have to CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD in order for them to stop. This is a DISGUSTING RIPOFF WEBSITE. Below is from their website showing the constant cycle of Charge and Refund and Charge and Refund. I am currently on hold on their phone lines for 10 minutes and counting, trying to cancel her account. OMG after 12 minutes, I finally got transferred to a message saying that their voicemail is full and no further messages can be left! I CANNOT EVEN CANCEL MY ACCOUNT! They let you view your account online BUT you cannot delete your credit card OR cancel your VIP membership on their site - why not? I just sent them an email at *******@adoreme.com pleading with them to cancel my account. We'll see what happens. UPDATE: After 24 minutes on hold the 3rd time I called, and selecting the option for a Stylist to talk to (vs. Billing questions) and ignoring the offers to leave a voicemail in the full voicemailbox, I finally reached a live person and could not believe it! She was nice and allowed me to cancel my account - she did offer me a "deal" with 3 month suspension of the auto-charge and a reduced monthly rate, which I declined. She said she was sending me an email confirming my cancellation of the VIP account, and I asked her to wait with me until I received it, which I finally did 10 minutes later. Let's hope this stops the auto charging!

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT. If you do sign up, be prepared to have to cancel whichever credit card you use BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT LET YOU CANCEL!!!! They make it extremely difficult for you to get through on the phone!!!

First of all, we would like to apologize for the extended time you waited on hold when you contacted us by telephone. Wait times usually average between 3-6 minutes, though there is a peak in the early mornings and afternoons. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m.-8:30p.m.

Regarding the membership, it is one of two payment options (the other is Pay as You Go) you select during checkout with your first order. Members are not obligated to order each month, instead, they visit the site between the first and fifth and decide to either shop or skip that month.

If you do not take action between the first and the fifth, you’ll see a $39.95 charge on the card.
This amount turns to store credit you can use at any time within 12 months! We send reminder emails, but, as you mentioned, we also offer a no-questions-asked 30 day refund policy for your convenience.

That being said, we assure you that, as your membership was canceled and you received a confirmation email, there will be no further charges.
