Were you ever told that you could not speak to a supervisor by a customer service rep?

I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.

I never did get a live person on the line. Either i got a busy signal, or when i called back i got a message that i was on hold for the next customer service rep. If they had an answering service that put you in a cue i would never have gotten a busy signal. Tried hanging up and calling back several times. Emailed for an answer, was told i had to call. I simply cut my losses and closed that credit card account so they couldn't charge it anymore.

Never had a need to speak with a supervisor but I would file a complaint with the BBB if you are not getting satisfaction as a consumer.

We were assured that the supervisor/manager would not have a different answer. I was then put on hold for another 10 minutes and the person that answered sounded like the exact same person I was talking to. AdoreMe is based on a scam. They want to rope you into a monthly payment without you knowing.

When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on. After 22 minutes on hold the first time, I was not calling to wait that long again.

I also was told I couldn't talk with a manager, that they were gone for the day. This was after being on hold listening to the same song for 50 minutes. Now the email they sent is for an exchange, not the return, and has all kinds of bizarre stipulations that I was told was allowed because if you want to return the order (they sent me the wrong item) you have to agree to terms and policies, which state they can change these policies at any time. Which they did, that same day, to make it harder to do a return.
