I have tried to be patient with this company. I ordered multiple sets. I rush ordered them. This was a month ago. (August- its now mid september) I received half my order but was charged for the entire order, including the rush delivery of over $20. I called and got no response. I emailed twice. No response. I then sent a private message on facebook to your company. No response for 2 days, when finally someone responded!

First they told me they were sorry, the warehouse messed up my order. Then they apologized and said the customer service was down for a few days which is why no one responded to me. Ok... that really says a lot about your company, but fine. I let it go.

Then I was told I need to send back the pieces I did actually receive to get the other pieces YOUR company forgot. (now remember I ordered these in August and wanted them for a trip i was taking the last week of august, which was why i paid to rush them) So i needed to print out labels, send them back and was told it would only be sent back standard shipping. (over a week to wait... and this was already AFTER my trip that you guys finally got back to me at all!) I just wanted the pieces your company messed up on and forgot but charged me for! So i decided to call costumer service again, assuming customer service was no longer down, right? 3 phone calls, 3 days in a row, on hold for 30 minutes with NO answer. Not one. I then sent another email. No response and its been over a week now.

I finally decided to contact a "stylist" on their website to get to actually speak to someone. I told her the whole story, asked if there was a number of a manger I can speak to. No. (of course not) I finally decide its not worth this trouble and I could have gone to Nordstrom and got three sets for what I paid for 5 here and had people treat me well and like my money and service matters, with better quality lingerie. But wait... I need to also pay to return the products that this company messed up on repeatedly! AND it will take a month to refund me my money, AND I need to do all the work! After I print the label, and send it back and wait for my refund I need to contact adore me (how can i do that when no one answers the phone?) and get them to refund me the fee to ship the items back!

What a complete mess! Its s shame, the products aren't bad, but costumer service and reliability is just down right awful They also delete any negative comments left on their facebook. I wanted to love this company very much, but what a complete scam and farce.

UPDATE- So after all that, 6 weeks after ordering, I STILL haven't resolved this. I sent all my products back and wanted a full refund. I was told that could happen even though i wore two of the things already (I was very clear about that, because I wore them assuming I would just be sent the things I did not receive ASAP from the company with an apology from them... but no, that isn't happening like I was told.) And today got an email from them saying they won't accept the things I wore, and will not give me a refund for them, DESPITE them messing up time after time after time on my order, AND telling me they would refund me my products! I got attitude from the manager and when I mentioned to her that she had attitude because I was upset about all this, she said she didn't have attitude and she is sorry I am hearing that, but she understands my frustration. Well, doesn't seem like anyone understands. I spent a lot of money and I have gone through six weeks of work trying to resolve their mess ups, and now I can't even get a refund when the company is the one who messed up repeatedly. I am so frustrated.

Now lets see if they cover the cost of the expedited shipping I had to pay for because they sent me a priority label to return the items and the items were too heavy to return priority so i had to pay over $40 to return them to the company because of the shipping label they sent me! The manager said she would refund me this money on the phone, but it seems what is said to you isn't what actually happens.

So, I MUST keep the two sets I wore despite them telling me otherwise (and I only wore them once right after I got them because I assumed they were going to send me the 3 sets I never received... and took them on vacation with me, which is what I bought them for... they never sent me the other items I paid for, so i wanted a full refund and was told it was fine i wore them) due to all the frustration and multiple issues with their service.

I just can't believe they are even fighting this and won't take their products and give me my money back. After all the things they have made me go through over this damn order, why not just make it right? Refund my money, lose the money on the two sets I wore and refund my shipping fees. Thats the RIGHT thing to do for a customer who has gone through all this. But clearly you care more about making $$$. So disappointed, AGAIN.

Tip for consumers:
They automatically charge you every month for vip, which is fine, but when their customer service is this bad, expect to never get that money back if there is an issue with one month!

Please be advised that we have refunded the expedited shipping fee to your CC and you wil not be charged a restocking fee for your returned products. You will also be refunded in full as soon as the package is received by our warehouse.

Unfortunately the return process is automated, and the system issues refunds as soon as the items are received. With exchanges, customers receive voucher codes that they can use to replace their order on the spot.

That being said, we assure you that we work constantly to ensure shoppers have a smooth shopping experience and we apologize if you felt this was not the case. We intend to investigate these issues and find solutions in order to prevent them from reoccurring in the future.
