I joined 5 years ago after seeing what a great deal it was - a new set of undergarments for a reasonable price and after buying 5 sets at full price, I would get one free. After the first couple of purchases, and their rise in popularity, the prices became less reasonable and everything seemed to be "on sale". This confused me as the agreement stated the sets had to be at full price. With only the very expensive sets displayed at full price, I inquired and was told that I had to purchase the sets at full price to eventually get the one for free. Still didn't answer my question but okayyy... I was eventually able to complete my end of the deal and as soon as the free set arrived, I cancelled my membership.

I asked how to understand the pricing listed on the app. My agreement was to purchase 5 sets at full price and I would "earn" a free 6th set. With the only "full priced sets" being way out of budget, it seemed a bit extreme to fulfill my agreement. Their response was just that I had to purchase 5 full priced sets in order to earn the free 6th set. Nothing more. No further explanation of how to understand the pricing.
