Where do I start: First they told me part in stock, then sent me an invoice for one amount and deducted almost a $1 more than the invoice from my account the next day. So they took the money before sending the part. Invoice said 3-7 days delivery, 18 days later still waiting for the part. (not even in stock, manufacturing delay)This Texas Company is the worst, you don't even get anyone in America for customer service. This is a sad day for this Texas Company
I was a frequent customer, but did not order for awhile. When i returned, I found some idiot "improved" the web site. When i tried my most recent order on line, the response was "we don't ship to APO's." How is Las Vegas an APO? After three tries, I called the number.

Why would a large company push the smaller shops out? They sent a letter stating they will no longer deliver parts. We can order them but must pick them up. Pricing is of course way more then other shops. Now your purchasing ATA and we still can't get parts delivered or good pricing. Why are you discriminating against the small businesses?
Ordered a replacement part for my truck. The site was easy to navigate and order. But within an hour I started getting emails for the company on purchasing other items. Sales adds basically. I just want to order my part and not get extra emails. I get enough junk in box mail everyday don't need more. The order was completed very easy but wish you could look up something or buy something on the Internet without getting bombard with adds I do not want.
I ordered a bumper cover in October 2018 and was then billed for two of them? I contacted Auto Parts Warehouse about the mistake and was not given a response. They have been totally dismissive and not willing to make things right. STILL trying to get a refund for the double credit card charge..
I have always received great service from APW. Their wonderful website and competitive pricing kept me coming back. Today was even better. The rep was genuinely interested in helping me and spent nearly one-hour with me (my insistence) looking for alternatives. He found me a much cheaper alternative when compared to the eBay part my mechanic suggested. He then gave me his extension number and encourage me to call him directly and he would try and apply an additional discount for any future purchases.
Sent me the wrong parts. Take forever to return, they don't pay for shipping on core parts unless you go off on them. I would never order from here again to many issues and takes to long to process returns when they guarantee to send you parts that fit.

This place billed me for four auto parts that they didn't even have in stock and now the customer service representative tells me I have to Waite for three to five weeks to get my money back. I ordered My car cover on Thursday and after three days there is still no shipping information for me. I would Have ordered the cover through another company if I knew that it could not be shipped the next business day.
Good price on this product and cools good it seems, solved my cooling problem for now. Very difficult to install with the inlet not removable like the factory one. Pulled it as a complete unit with the fan and radiator together. Very hard. Next time if I have to pull radiator fan will just remove the intake lower manifold first. Much quicker and do not have to work under the car long, just to remove fan electrical plug and the lower bolts holding it on. Removing the turbo piping and battery tray did not help at all.

I ordered a radiator for my Suburban about 2 years ago and about two weeks ago I noticed it was leaking so I called customer service and after verifying some previous customer account info they shipped out a new radiator without charging me fore a core or anything out of pocket! I have bought parts from them before and they stand behind there parts and provide excellent customer service. Just a great company to get all of your Auto parts from!

Yes i had to have the condenser for my a/c. I therefore ordered it without my promised discounts of 15% or more. Your offer of future discounts fell on deaf ears i m afraid. I have no idea what happened to my first order and even the chat person didn t know. So i just reordered in order to get the much needed part.
