Called customer service about rewards points that didn't show up on my order? The girl seemed confused. Spent about 25 minutes on the phone. She took the first 5 minutes reviewing all the information on my account which had nothing to do with my call. Finally told her to stop all the verifications as I have not changed anything. She had to go to her supervisor several times to get suggestions/answers and I finally gave up and never did find out what happened to my rewards points. They just disappeared into cyberspace. Lost forever.
I am a Stern critic when it comes to reviews. I bought a set of head lights for my Dale Earnhardt Jr SS Monte Carlo. They were well packaged shipped on time and the fit was perfect. I've bought other products from this company and appreciate their products and Exceptional knowledgeable staff.

The ordering and purchasing of my product could not of been any easier. I just put the make and model of my vehicle in and a couple of clicks later I have all 4 rotors and brakes shipped free. So that being said, I will update at a later time with shipping and quality reviews for thus product... TBC
I ordered the Sedona Suede Dash cover for my '14 Mustang and it arrived in good time--sooner than expected--and it is lovely and very functional. It is easy to install and protects from the intense sun in the California desert where I live right now (it gets to over 120 degrees!). I was so pleased, I just ordered another one for my other car, a '12 Ford Fiesta. I would recommend this company to others.

I order a bumper and valance 2000 Ford F-150 XL. It came painted. I e-mail and call mulptle times trying to return the items. I was told the only way it could be returned if I paid for the shipping. I am very disappointed with the customer service person who didn't speck english.
Didn't receive all parts in the box. My only option from them is to send the 70lb package back for a refund on my expense. I think not. I will never order from this place again! Terrible service. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else! Save yourself the headache and time
I ordered a truck bumper and the website showed that there are thee in stock. This morning customer service told me that the part is back ordered, that they could only refund my money, not apply the purchase price to another bumper, and I would have to pay for an alternate choice at full price yet wait 10-12 days for my original refund. When I complained about this process, and said that I only had enough to buy the one bumper, not two, I was told "This is our process Sir" Really? Well this website will never get my business "That is my Process!"

Sad. 6 days after order still no shipping information. Ready to call my card and say fraud. When you have a car down you shouldn't have to wait for them to take a week or two or never ship. I will never use these guys again. I expected to have this truck up by now..
I ordered 4 parts from this site and only got 3 of them. I called 3 times to find out where my part was and they kept telling me that Fedex is shipping it but nobody followed up with Fedex to see where the part is and I still do not have it after I was told to wait until April 12th. These people are the worst
I ordered a catalytic converter from them and they sent the wrong one. Then when they sent me the return information, they had so many rules, that it was ridiculous. They even made me pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
I've not always been satisfied with products on line because they often are not what is advertised when I received them. This is my second experience with Auto Parts Warehouse and I couldn't be happier. The parts for my Volvo were correct and my mechanic had an easy time installing them. Also they arrived a day earlier than anticipated, which shocked me because I've never received anything on line early. Usually it has been the other way around. I'm so very elated to have made this phone call today! My representative extension 1629 was so amazing and certainly my Angel for this day. I'm a woman and most would really take advantage of me being I'm not knowledgeable about parts. However, I needed a drivers side after a truck tried to run me off the highway! By God's grace there was some damage done to the driver's side of my Acura TL. Most importantly the insurance company would not remit payment for it. Thus, I had to come out of pocket for 2 17 inch Continental Tires, 2 wheels, and a broken mirror. I called today to get a price quote after being quoted $450.83 by the Acura Dealership; my Angel after I provided him with the part number provided this part to me for $82.90! I will forever do business with Auto Parts Warehouse! THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY DAY!
Needed a catalytic converter for my dodge... Never ordering from here again! They sent the wrong one, when I finally got a hold of customer service they said there was a return shipping and restocking fee, even though they were the ones who made the mistake. After all the hoops I had to jump through and the negativity from customer service, I'm never ordering from here again. I made the mistake of hoping I would be an exception and wouldn't have an awful experience like others, boy was I wrong.
I called to get replacement seatbelts for my Toyota Highlander. The first sign there was a problem was the woman spoke very broken English. Her accent was so thick, she was difficult to understand. I asked her three times if she was sure the seatbelts would fit my vehicle and she assured me they would. Once I received the seatbelts, you guessed it. They were universal seatbelts, which she didn't bother to tell me, and they didn't fit my car. So I had to mess with returning them. I immediately shipped them back using their return process and even though they took the money out of my checking account on the day I ordered the seatbelts, they won't return my money to me until two weeks after they received the seatbelts back.

Easy to get the parts you're looking for and easy check out. Great prices. Looked around at other online shopping but some didn't have the parts I was looking for or the cost a lot more for the same brand...
I ordered a wrong part for my car from them, I found out that only when I physically received it.
I tried to ship it back but after no reimbursing the tax, the shipping cost and the handling cost I am supposed to get back only 32$ from my original 64$.
Totally upset, stay away from this company as far as you can.
