I usually don't write reviews but this incident bothered me. On 1/3/2016 I was researching a cat back exhaust for my 2005 Nissan Frontier SE 4x4 crew cab. I decided I wanted the JBA Exhaust System part # J*******, however the product details said it wouldn't fit the 4x4 model. So I went to the manufactures website jbaheaders.com where it does indeed indicate it will fit 4x4 models including my exact model. I proceeded with a live chat through Autopartswarehouse and they indicated that it wouldn't fit even though I mentioned the manufacturer's website indicated it would. Needless to say I didn't order from here. I instead did a live chat with other retailer, whom I won't mention, and mentioned all of the above. The competitor guaranteed me 100% fit, and if not, they promised me paid return and full refund! I didn't hesitate and ordered. Meanwhile, I also emailed JBA asking the about the fit. They insured me that that part number will indeed fit! The previous part #40-1410 was only for 2x4 models. Take note, this isn't the 1st time I had a bad experience with autopartswarehouse which I also left a bad review for.
I was double charged account now the negatives they dont care told it will be 3-5 days before they will put m ugh money back. THEY SUCK WILL USE AUTOZONE FROM NOW ON.

Ordered a fuel pump at a great price and fast delivery. A real life saver, the other ones were at least twice as much.
Had no problems installing the mirrors. Easy to order. No complaints. Fit the Truck as if they came from the factory with them on.
It would have been nice to order in my name and nor my brothers but wouldn't let me change it. This is second order last was radiator for my 97 truck

Great price on steering knuckle for 08 Escape. Ordered and WAITED TEN full shipping days for it to arrive. Otherwise, would have been FIVE STARS.
I ordered a replacement washer reservoir and a cabin air filter for my car for the first time from Auto Parts Warehouse on Aug. 5,2014. I received cabin air filter after about a week but I did not receive replacement washer reservoir. When I checked tracking information, it said ' Returned package to Shipper - incorrect address'. Called their customer service, they sent me a replacement washer reservoir in a good sized box. It was sent from their Fulfillment Warehouse in Chesapeake, VA. Guess what, the nozzle on the one of the motors ( black one) is broken off as the result of stupid way of packaging. The most fragile part on the reservoir is the nozzles on the motors, which was laid on the cardboard box facing on the bottom without any padding. Then a lots of paper padding was placed on the top of the reservoir only - what is the use of too much padding on only one side of the fragile item and none on the other side? Does the packaging guy has any common sense or was s/he on drugs? There is also a dent on the side of the box which does not seem to the cause of the damage to the reservoir. Called their customer service again with the findings. They sent me a replacement reservoir for the 3rd time which I did not receive at all, When checked on tracking information, it said ' Returned package to the shipper - Incorrect address' AGAIN FOR THE THIRD TIME! What is wrong with these people - especially with their Fulfillment Warehouse in Chesapeak, VA? I wasted entire 1 month time in waiting for the part that I need that I did not get. Isn't it just too much? I am just fed up with this company and deeply regret for trying to buy parts from them. Today, I finally called their customer service again for the refund. Their staff in Fulfillment Warehouse in Chesapeak, VA either need a good training or they need to be fired because they lack common sense. Hopefully, one day; their higher management will wake up and do things right! I will NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! I am going to give them 1 star because there is no selection for Zero Star!
