My initial call was for assistance on an expired discount code. After such repeated difficulty my rep ARIES EXT#232 offered to place the order verbally WITH the same Online discounts as a courtesy. The ordering and purchasing of my product could not of been any easier. I just put the make and model of my vehicle in and a couple of clicks later I have all 4 rotors and brakes shipped free. Called to get tracking number. Something I shouldnt have to do. It should be sent. They take your payment. Ask u a hundred questions before even answering your question. Terrible customer service. Wont purchase from here again. No one had to call for the payment.

I ordered a color matched trunk spoiler for my 2012 Mazda Miata. The item arrived well protected and matched my vehicle perfectly. It took about 10 minutes to install, was super easy, and it looks great. The price was over $100.00 less than similar items available online. Price, fit, quality, and color matching cannot be beat!
If you want to find a smooth website for auto parts go to rockauto.com because the builder of the site devised it for the customer. Parts are readily accessible after entering the vehicle information. APW is difficult and time-consuming when trying to access the individual parts. Too much effort was wasted building the graphics. A smooth path needs to made from the vehicle specifics to the parts available for that vehicle and then a smooth path for checkout with clear progressive links. Also, the inventory is basic and limited. After-market accessories seem to have priority over actual parts that maintain a vehicle. Get with it!

I ordered brake pars for my car and got a confirmation right away. After waiting for delivery for two weeks. I contacted APW and was told they had canceled the order due to lack of payment. However I checked my paypal account and it shows a payment to them the same day of the order. I called APW back and was told " we don't care what paypal shows, we didn't receive payment so you get no refund and we won't deliver anything"
The chat line assistant helped me find the best part for the best price with a three year warranty. The money I saved by buying from auto parts warehouse will bring me back.
I have been dealing with Auto Parts Warehouse for quite a few years getting parts for a variety of makes that my family and I own- Volvo, VW, and Nissan, Toyota, Lexus etc. I have found out the parts representatives at Auto Parts Warehouse to be very helpful and quite knowledgeable about their work and they are very courtiers and go out of the way to verify the applicable parts. I just cannot understand why there are so many negative reviews appear on this column. Before calling, one has to be prepared with all the relevant information about the particular vehicle the make, model year, date of manufacture found on the door frame sticker i. E. usually month and year, model, trim i. E. GL, GXE or XYD and the like, the engine capacity and VIN number. Once you provide this information, getting the right parts is a breeze. These days, their 24/7 call center is located in the Philippines and those workers out there are very astute and of good judgement especially to mention the women who are very thorough in picking the right parts which are direct fit. I am very, very pleased with this outfit which is a pleasure to deal with. I could understand why people get irate and write bad reviews such people are to blame themselves for not being well prepared with relevant vehicle information before making that call.
Parts arrived in a timely manner and looked to be of good quality. Described as factory replacement, but technical found the front rotors to be 1" smaller diameter than factory. Customer service agreed to ship out replacement free of shipping, but wouldn't discount order even though I ordered correct parts. I explained that I would get charged twice for the same job because I needed to drive vehicle, but they refused. Thanks a lot for all the headaches. Won't use vendor again.
Price was good, but after 3 days the order was still processing and was not planned to be shipped. I cannot wait that long to get brake pads so I just cancelled order. I'll have my pads today from a local store
I've been a comparative shopper all my life! And after I wrecked by D-100 door I went online to purchase another one. Had a piece of paper and wrote down all prices for the door I could find online. Auto Part Warehouse saved me money by free shipping and handling as all their competition companys do. Not only that, faster shipping also!
I ordered 4 parts from this site and only got 3 of them. I called 3 times to find out where my part was and they kept telling me that Fedex is shipping it but nobody followed up with Fedex to see where the part is and I still do not have it after I was told to wait until April 12th. These people are the worst
As the title states I placed the items in the cart to review price and apply coupon to check coupon price the system placed the order. I call ed customer service with in 2 to 3 minutes and they told me it was too late to cancel. I sent an e mail and received nothing back. I checked my credit card and the order was being processed. I feel from my experience that this company is a scam and anyone should order from the other online parts companies. Funny thing the customer service told me it takes 24 to 48 hours for them to process and ship however 2 to 3 minutes after the order placed itself was too long to cancel it... Really what BS... STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS
