Horrible Customer Service. Placed the order on 1/15 for 6 Oil Filters (as the Title and ad stated). Received 1 oil Filter. Called 4Wheel Online and I was told that I should have done better research and that it was only for 1 filter (despite what the ad says). Rep consistently talked over me and kept saying it wasn't their fault. Requested Refund through Amazon on 1/18.4Wheel Online told me to write the MRA# on the box and leave it outside to be picked up. Took over a week & half and multiple phone calls to get it picked up. I wait a week or so for the refund to show up and nothing. I call back on 2/8 and was told the warehouse still hasn't received the part, but that they would refund me my money. Waited and NO REFUND. I called back on 3/4 and was told again that the warehouse hasn't received the part back and they can't do anything about it. I asked to talk to someone else and was put on the line with Derek. He once again told me he would go ahead and issue the refund. Finally received the refund on 3/13, almost 2 months after requested and required numerous phone calls. I will definitely avoid this company in the future and would advise others to do the same. From looking them up after this got started, I'm not the first to go through this with them.
I purchased a besttop soft top for my jeep wrangler on this web site and before I finished the order I called to verify that an upper door window is included as I was unsure if they were. The customer support person said it was included so I purchased the top.
When the top arrived I did not see the doors so I called back and they said "that top does not come with doors".
So I asked about buying the doors and hoping to have some relief on shipping cost on door upper windows since I tried to clarify this before purchase because I would have bought them with the top.
With no satisfaction I asked if I could have the doors delivered without a signature (there policy is to have a signiture on all deliveries.) as I had to be at home all day to sign for the besttop for my jeep and the customer support person said no all packages must be signed for.
I was very unsatisfied with this purchase and the policy of having to sign for the package. I had to stay home all day when it was my day off. I purchased the doors from xtremeterrain.com with complete satisfaction. I will purchase my future parts for my jeep on line at sites other than www.4wheelonline.com. My advice to www.4wheelonline.com: you might want to record your phone conversations and adjust your quality of customer service and rethink your policy of signature of every package. Its not just money its also the time lost.

This business is the worst I have ever dealt with. Rude service and when I got my package 2 months after I ordered them, they were the wrong rims! The bolt pattern matches my truck but the rims they sent will not accept my factory hub covers like they said the ones I ordered would. They also mounted the tires backwards!
I initially placed my order online, received confirmation of said order, requested a tracking number after the required 5 day wait time and when no tracking information was emailed to me, I called the number from the confirmation email.
Right off the bat, the guy was rude as hell. I told him that I was calling in regards to tracking info for my order. Which he replied " yeah, you and everybody else." I was in shock and did not know how to reply, but I wanted to say that if you would just send the tracking email, then no one would call wondering.
After telling him my order number and being placed on hold for well over 5 minutes, he came back and said there was no record of an order and asked what I had ordered. I told him I ordered a tire and wheel package.
He then said that those have to be telephone ordered and I could not expect them to just ship out product without calling first. I thought we lived in the 21st century, my bad. Every other place I order from online has no problem shipping goods to me.
After several more times confirming my information and being placed on long interval holds, I was finally able to place my order.
I had called several times after to try and get some estimate for ship times and tracking information. Every time, I was placed on hold and or redirected to someone that said they would email the tracking information to me. I never received any emails.
Then, one day, while home from work because I was sick, I got a call from the delivery driver stating he was on his way to my house. We made arrangements to meet and I received the package.
I excitedly opened the pallet to find that they had mounted my tires backwards to the wrong wheels. I was very disappointed because the only reason I ordered the package in the first place was because they are the only place I could find with the model wheels I wanted in stock. It appears that they did not in fact have the wheels I ordered and instead of calling me or emailing me to let me know, they just mounted the tires to the cheapest set they could find.
Then, they didn't even send the promised lignite set needed to mount the wheels.
I will not be trying to get a refund because I dread having to deal with them again. I will just order the rims I want locally and have them properly mount the tires and install them with the required lug nuts.
Holy cow did I learn my lesson on this one!

I received a box that should have contained 4 shocks on Saturday night. I opened the box and saw that only 3 shocks were shipped. I double checked the packing slip and saw that 4wheel online only packed 3 shocks. Why would you send your customer 3 of something that they can't use without all 4 pieces? I spoke with JARED on Sunday and he assured me that I would be contacted on Monday in regards to my missing shock. I sent 4 wheel online an email on Monday, it's Monday night and still no response. Very poor customer service. I regret ordering from these guys. It was nice to see that the package came so quickly but it absolutely pissed me off to see that only 3 shocks were shipped. What am I supposed to do with 3 shocks, find a place to store them in my house until 4 wheel online gets their stuff together and sends me my 4th shock? What makes this even worse is that when I check the tracking info for my package(s) it says that all of my packages have been delivered. I'm still missing a shock! I would have rather waited a week or 2 to get a complete set of shocks from somewhere else, than having to deal with these guys and track down my 4th shock that was supposedly delivered. I could not be more unsatisfied with my experience shopping with 4wheel online. Worst customer service I have ever received from an online retailer.

First time ordering anything online for my truck. Experience was satisfying, and the ordering process was quite easy to follow.
I bought 4 KMC KM708 Bully wheels from their eBay store. They seriously need to fire the person in charge of the store. I paid on March 9th and the estimated delivery date was March 26th. Seemed like a long time to wait, but for the price I was willing to do so. March 26th came and went and I received no notice of shippment. I contacted the company a couple times via messages through eBay. I waited a few days between messages to give them a fair amount of time to respond. They never answered. So I decided to email their customer support via the website. They respond the next day and told me they don't deal with the eBay store and gave me a number to call. I call the number and the guy tells me their eBay person is out for the day. They said they would have them contact me when they come in the next morning. The next day I received no email or phone call. What a joke this company is! I did get a refund, after I emailed them threatening to contact the Better Business Bureau. I didn't want a refund, I wanted those wheels that waisted 3 weeks of my time for.
This is a scam reseller. I was scam sold 2 items for a price. They delivered 1 item. Stay away! Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!
Give you the run around on returns and I will advise everyone to stay away from this company. Shop somewhere else

"I should have read the reviews before ordering. In this day in age when information is so available we all should take advantage of this. I have a brand new Jeep Unlimited JK. Last item on the list was wheels and tires. 4wheelsonline had good pricing on some XD wheels I wanted so I purchased. They shipped quick but when I got them they had the wrong bolt pattern. Lucky I checked it before going down to my local installer. I removed my spare and attempted to mount it for fit. Sure enough wrong bolt pattern. CRAP! Called 4WO and told them they did not fit. Checked my invoice and the correct wheels are stated on the invoice but after reading the part number off the box found out that the new employee missed it when ordering at the factory by one line. Now, my options are pay for an entire new set to get them to me ASAP, an additional $900 or wait for the shipping return label, mail them back myself, wait 2 - 4 weeks for the credit and then they would re-ship. Really?
OK so I paid again. I understand mistakes happen so I order a set of spline lugs for my new rims because they offered me an inconvenience discount. Well, guess what? Same deal. It is correct on my invoice but what I got in the box is the wrong item in the box again! Filed a return online with them again last night. Called this morning to find out if they can ship without having to pay again hoping for a little customer service and keep in mind they have over $900 of my money already but do they budge, NOPE. Will wait for my shipping label and return but won't purchase here again. Returned rims got there UPS says but no refund. Call Credit card company to dispute and wait for that mess to work itself out. Is this what you would all like to deal with? I would advise you all not to do the same until the owner of this company gets it together or sinks without trace. I am just trying to be a customer but hiding behind poor company policy is a sure way to sink your company.

Dealing with this company was a nightmare! Ordered rims, they never arrived, called company, on back order (no call or email to advise, but they surely charged us) changed order to different set of rims, double charged on CC, company wouldnt take it off, so I disputed w/my CC company. Received scratched rims, started return process (took FOREVER) they told me to place 4 boxes on my porch for Fedex pickup next day (yeah ok Im placing $400 worth of merchandise for anyone to steal) tried getting shipping labels emailed to me so I could drop off, they refused, never responded to my emails, after 3 days of BS come to find out they never had it set up for pickup, good thing I didnt set them on porch for pickup, I finally received labels, took them to fedex myself. 1 week after they received my rims, still no refund, called company, their response refund is given 14 business days after receiving, they need time to inspect On business day 16, still no refund, no email response after asking for update, called my CC company & filed a claim. Broken promises, lies & worst customer service EVER! I cannot believe this company is still in business... BEWARE... STAY AWAY from these flip flop wearing, empty warehouse squattin 3rd party millenial idiots
