This diet makes sense and the words of the creator are inspirational. What I liked about the diet was that having dieted all my life, I use to believe in waiting for results. This is a fantastic piece of work! This diet book is very interesting and well-written. The suggested methods for weight loss are clearly stated and adequately described in a friendly tone. I didn't find it easy to adhere to the methods but I found that I grew into them in a matter of days. One thing I enjoyed about the book is that its really easy to read and I can easily identify with it. The methods are effective and I got my desired weight in no time.

I bought this diet over a year ago and have not looked back. I lost over 20 kg within 6 weeks. I have since tested the diet by putting back on about 4 kg a minimum of 3 times now and going back on to just one part of the diet and the weight I have gained has always just dropped off within 2 weeks maximum... The scientific studies that support this type of fasting program does not lie. What’s more, many diet and exercise programs focus heavily on losing fat, but fail to explain HOW. The creator of The 3 Week Diet explains how fat must be mobilized in order to burn away. This is the missing piece to every diet and exercise program that I’ve seen.
