  • The 3 Week Diet

This diet makes sense and the words of the creator are inspirational. What I liked about the diet was that having dieted all my life, I use to believe in waiting for results. I would get side tracked and jump off the diet and get bored. With the inspiration and method of this one weight loss is faster and more inspirational to keep going and keep up. The other thing that really helps is trying and not being so concrete with the diet. Trying something fro 21 days is helpful in saying whether I want to stick with the diet or take the best of what I learned and just incorporate the diet into my life. Thank you so much for creating something sensible, inspirational, and not so complicated to follow.
