From start to finish, this was the easiest experience.

First off, price was by far the cheapest of any website. Combined with white glove delivery, you cannot find a comparable price.

Secondly, the bed frame showed up in perfect shape. The team that assembled it were professional and had it done in an hour or less.

I will always be shopping with your company for any home-related furniture need!

This is our second purchase from this company, and not only do they offer great prices, but they are extremely communicative and get things to you in a reasonable time! Our first purchase was a bed that had storage and bookshelves, and it has been wonderful for years now, but this purchase was for a sectional. Not only did they update me all along the way, but they were completely accurate with delivery times. The people who gave us our white glove service did an excellent job, and we love our purchase! I would recommend this company because products have both been good quality AND great prices!

We have never ordered furniture online before so I was a bit skeptical. We finally found the bedroom set we wanted and decided to give it a try. The bedroom set included a warranty similar to the warranty plans offered at the brick and mortar stores. The price point was slightly below. The company was always available by phone and even contacted us on the weekend to answer a question that we left in their voice mail about our purchase. The only glitch was coordinating the purchase with the delivery team. That was, however, easily resolved and they did an excellent job we paid paid extra for the white glove service. It was refreshing to be able to reach a person to answer questions and resolve issues and concerns. I would use them again.

I just completed sofa assembly on the same day of delivery! It took me a lot to roll sleeves to attach all the connectors securely. I had to be sure that all the connectors are completely attached before doing the last step of threading Bolts under seat. Everything is perfect, and very comfortable!

I I love the dresser. They are very sturdy!

All was excellent, until delivery. I asked to have them delivered on front porch. The boys just dropped them off in the muddy grass and didn't even check to see if we were home. When we went out there immediately they took off. Thank goodness they were in boxes!

Perfect perfect

I had seen this table on other websites and they were not able to ship the table to my address. Other places that had the table was a 10+ week lead time. I was able to receive the table on 1Stopbedrooms within one week with free shipping to my front door at a lower price than any other place. The table is great quality very easy to put together. It was packaged really well to keep from damage while in transit.

The gentleman was nice but did end up offering two extra items I didn't think I would need, but was necessary for the bedroom set.
