Ordered the hammock more than a month ago. After three weeks say they are out of stock and getting new shipment this week and will be shipped. Again they said they are preparing the shipment and now its more than 10 days never received tracking number or item. Horrable company to do business with. Looks like they take a order online first and then send order to Chinese company. They don't have any inventory or if they have very minimum.

You might not like what I have to say, and that's okay, but at least be fair and open-minded.

Do your research!

If you see an item on 13 Deals or their sister sites, like That Daily Deal, and you find an item, look up said item in an internet search and see reviews and other sites that sell it.

The reviews may help you out a lot and then you can see if there's any better for you purchasing options.

This seller is certainly not a fraud, but he does appear to be a small business owner. And I think he buys close-outs, stores going out of business items, and whatever.

He uses a third party shipper, and he certainly does ship out his customers purchases, but here's where I withdrew two stars. That middleman shipper is the freaking culprit, and that's because "he" ships it in some oddly slow manner that takes your item in round about ways that seem like a package is going from Tennessee to China just get to Ohio, etc. That middleman courier is the meffer you need to be reporting!

However, the business that made the deal with shipper should at least make himself aware of the way the courier service is functioning.

As for the items you purchase, for crying out loud, your searching for this stuff in a discount house. Sometimes though, this business really does have some fantastic items. And any item that you really want, for whatever reason you want it, and no matter how "cheap" it is, is a deal to you if that's what you really want. Just research before you buy. He's no fraud. Do your part and know what your buying and search items from other sellers.

As for food items, I cannot say anything of those, simply because I refuse to buy food/candy/groceries - anything consumable online, and especially not from a closeout seller. But that in way means it's bad, it just means that's not my personal preference.

After filing a complaint with the BBB received item, email address no good and did not answer phone. Stay away from this site unless you are patient

Never order again
October 12, 2014

Never order again. Item says "Will Ship soon". Supposed to ship in 10 days but going on 30 now. Still no item. I bought the item cheap so I don't expect much from the product but doesn't mean you can't be honest. I've bought from other sites where shipping comes from Hong Kong and it takes a long time. But those sites tell you that in advance. Site promised free shipping in 10 days. Going to BBB and calling my credit card.

Scam

Item listed as in stock with immediate shipping. Ordered on 4-2, still not here on 5-11. Took the money on 4-2. Usually only take money, when shipped. I will never use again!

They have a 3rd-party Customer Support service that you're supposed to be able to chat with, but I've only seen the chat option once, after that it's all email support so they don't actually have chat support.
My order was supposed to ship on 9-12 but it's now 9-30-17 and the tracking number still says that the shipping label was created but the box was never sent out.

I've been told, it would ship within 10 business days after ordering. Then I was told it would be delivered or shipped within the next week after contacting them exactly 11 business days after I had ordered things. I've already paid for the items in full, and nothing has been delivered or shipped.
Completely unprofessional and I had wished I'd seen the reviews before even looking at any items.

This seller's prices are direct indication of the quality of the goods: LOW. And they ship slow, VERY slow. Once the products finally arrive, they go very quickly to trash cans. That bad.

Needless to say, I am done with this vendor for good.

Worst website and Horrible customer service. I ordered an item and they offered free shipping. But i never received it. After a month i emailed them to ask the status and they said I did not give my apartment number in address(Well, I am not stupid). They said I will have to pay 3 dollar for reshipping or they will return only 75% of the money. Another way of making money for them."

Their website explains that your order can take up to 10 business days just to process. Well it does, right down to 9 days, 23hours, 59 seconds. They claim they are not as fast in order to bring you good deals. Slow processing has nothing to do with passing on good deals. If they have that few employees that it takes 10 days, why not just hire more employees to speed up processing, resulting in higher sales and lower cost of goods sold? If I want to wait 3+ weeks for my item I'll just order from a Chinese site and save even more money. To me, it's worth it to pay an extra $5 and just stick with eBay and Amazon. Also read their FAQs and you can tell they must get a lot of complaints considering how defensive and presumptuous they are of customers' questions and comments.

You get what you pay for

Been reading a lot of bad reviews about 13Deals and I have to say it: You get what you pay for! The items being sold are cheap and fun. Don't expect them to last a long time or be of the highest quality. I purchased some items and all of them took a while to be delivered. All but one arrived in working condition. I was able to email them at *******@jamminbutter.com (I believe this is the parent company) and they responded the next morning advising me that they refunded my money and to throw the non-functioning items away. Worked out great for me.
My advice is, buy knowing that you are NOT getting the highest quality items, but you can get some use out of it and hopefully some fun. Don't expect Bloomingdale's quality at Dollar General prices.

Buyer Beware!
March 14, 2018

Ordered $100 worth of items with a promised delivery time of 3-8 days. Took a month for some of the items to arrive and 7 weeks later, the others still have not arrived. Tracking number never changed since the first day when it indicated items were shipping (obviously not true). Customer service (an oxymoron) never responded until I asked for a refund. Then rapidly (probably not) mailed a part of my order.

When I received items, many broke upon mAh inspection. I tested batteries that were promised to be 3800 mAh my Opus BT-C3100 tester showed them to be 1/12 of that capacity (300 mAh).

Since sending only part of my order 7 weeks ago I have not been updated on the status of my purchases. Now I have requested a refund and still await a response on that matter. Will NEVER support this company with another purchase.

Rip off artists

Placed a $22 order in early nov. Received an email weeks later that indicated that my order was being prepared to be shipped. One month later i emailed them and they said that theorder had been shipped and that it was at my local post office. Come on... that was a lie... still haven't received it. Fortunately i purchased thru paypal. Filing a grievance now,

Twice now they have sent me items that don't match the description in their ad. The first time, they corrected it by sending me the correct items. The second time, they won't even respond to my emails. The items I purchased were not what I received, in a deceiving way -- they described in detail the price these items retail for, and showed a picture, and what they sent me did not match either one. Now they don't respond to emails asking to fix. Scam.

Rip off seller

They back order items and never send them and do not send refunds. When i asked for a refund i was told waited to long and had to take a store credit of 41.95 and had to use all the same time. This is the second i had to contact a bout i order and did not receive

Socks fell apart the first time they were washed despite following the washing instructions. Customer service (I use that term loosely) sucks! No help whatsoever.

On top of this, they put me on their spam list(s) and will not take me off despite 4 requests and 3 unsubscribes.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

13 Deals deserves "0" star if that's available as rating.
I bought Bluetooth Wireless Sport Headphones: product has terrible design, and it hurts my ears. So I requested a return. It took them 2 weeks to respond to me, and told me that once the item is opened and used, it cannot be returned. That is equivalent to saying they would never accept return - without opening it, how would you know it's a piece of junk?. The item is simply unusable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!

I've made numerous purchases from 13deals and its sister sites. Shipping isn't fast and some were a FedEx to USPS. Some stuff is worth it and some... not so much. I've had far more positive experiences and have always received my items. If you buy a sleeping bag for $10, you get a ten dollar sleeping bag.
