Been reading a lot of bad reviews about 13Deals and I have to say it: You get what you pay for! The items being sold are cheap and fun. Don't expect them to last a long time or be of the highest quality. I purchased some items and all of them took a while to be delivered. All but one arrived in working condition. I was able to email them at *******@jamminbutter.com (I believe this is the parent company) and they responded the next morning advising me that they refunded my money and to throw the non-functioning items away. Worked out great for me.
My advice is, buy knowing that you are NOT getting the highest quality items, but you can get some use out of it and hopefully some fun. Don't expect Bloomingdale's quality at Dollar General prices.

I haven't had a bad experience with efun.top. In fact, my experience was surprisingly good. Even excellent. I've ordered items from their USA warehouse and they've arrived 3 days after ordering. I was very surprised. I have communicated with many others and the consensus is about 70% had a good experience and the remainder had very bad experiences. I have heard that like many of the Chinese operated sites, they are reluctant to refund money and will try to push "store credit". I cannot attest to that as I have never asked for a refund. I would order from them again, but ONLY from their USA stock as I don't like waiting weeks to get my items from China.

Evape.us is a USA based website that offers great vape gear at affordable prices. I've purchased from them a few times and have been impressed with the speed of processing and shipping. I ordered on a Monday afternoon from the west coast and it was shipped from Florida and on my doorstep Thursday morning. The best part is that I didn't have to pay any extra for it!
Their prices are very low. They don't have "crazy" sales or offer discount codes but have consistently low every-day prices. (I've bought tanks and mods cheaper than "blowout" items on Chinese websites) You also earn points with every purchase as well as for reviews of your items which can be used towards future purchases. Every order comes with a 10ml sample of e-juice (I believe you can even request which sample, but I like being surprised). This company really cares about it's customers and it shows. If you have a problem, they will take care of it.
Next time you need vape gear, give evape.us a look. You can't beat good customer care.

Shipping sucks, communication sucks and if you have a problem, all they do is stall and run you around until you give up. Pay through Paypal and if there is a problem contact Paypal immediately to get a refund otherwise you will be stuck with a store credit at a store you never want to shop at ever again.
