I bought Bluetooth Wireless Sport Headphones: product has terrible design, and it hurts my ears. So I requested a return. It took them 2 weeks to respond to me, and told me that once the item is opened and used, it cannot be returned. That is equivalent to saying they would never accept return - without opening it, how would you know it's a piece of junk?. The item is simply unusable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!

THE CONFIRMATION TOLD ME ABOUT THE ORDER NUMBER, AND SAID SHIPPED VIA STANDARD SHIPMENT 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. 17 DAYS WENT BY. NOTHING ARRIVED. THERE IS NO CONTACT INFO PROVIDED. THEIR WEBSITE IS DOWN. PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY.
