I ordered masks a month ago that were supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. Keep checking and it keeps saying order in processing. Don't expect that I'll ever get them. Next time I'll know to check reviews before ordering anything.
Ordered masks through their website that was supposed to be a certain brand and delivered within 2 weeks. Received one of my two orders only and its not even the same masks advertised, it's cheap chinese knockoff masks instead that came over two months late plus one package of masks was even opened! I ordered masks from hong kong from a different site a month after because these never shipped and got those weeks before these guys! Dont buy from their site, they advertise one product and send a different thing. Will never use again! Thanks for stealing my money! Last Item I bought on 2/11/20 and received it on 3/12/20. A month. Invoice said order date AND shipping date as 2/11/20. The owner(I guess) does all the demos~~~he needs a shower, shave, clean clothes and tries to look teeny bopper cool by wearing his hat backwards. Needs increase his vocabulary beyond the word "insane".
13 Deals sells the expired food and refuses refund. They sold the expired peanuts. See the attachment.

I requested them to send me prepaid shipping label and refund. They refused both. 13 Deals is unethical seller.
I emailed them about 5 times (over a month, so once a week and then some) to get them to cancel my order. No response. I tried calling them, their mailbox was full and I couldn't even leave a message. They didn't have an item in stock like their website said, so they just held my order for over 2 months, then sent it when they got in the item that was out of stock. Super shady "business", and I use the term 'business' with a tremendous laugh. I wish I'd checked out reviews for them first. Now I'm out about $50 for straight up GARBAGE.
The description of two of the items I purchased said, "SHIPS IMMEDIATELY".
It's now been 24 days since I've placed my order and not a single item has been shipped.
Their excuse for the reason why the order hasn't been shipped is that they're running behind. If they're behind, then they shouldn't be telling customers that their products will ship immediately.
Customer support via email is horrendous. Some emails appear to be ignored. Others are answered only when told that they're going to be reported to the credit card company as a fraudulent transaction.
Save yourself the time, hassle, and headache - take your money elsewhere.
Extremely upset with the masks I got today. They are not what they advertised or pictured. Will never buy again from them. Cancelled all subscriptions. Cheap China knockoffs. Very thin and Chinese or whatever the language is on the side of them. Not risking my family's lives with these masks.
I bought something from 13 Deals. It still hasn't been shipped. I still don't have a tracking number. The person I spoke with through social media was rude and threatened to cancel my order. They never answer the phone and the chat on their site is never available. Previous items have been shipped over a month late if shipped at all. They won't provide tracking, threatens to cancel orders, rude, have extremely slow shipping and won't answer phone calls. They've doxxed my information and continued to contact me by phone and email without consent.
Placed an order for a LED ceiling light. The next morning I had a tracking number. Fast forward - a week later the shipping company said still waiting for item. I waited till the 2 week mark and emailed that although their site said SHIPPED, the item was MIA to the shipper. Their response was due to covid all the shippers were backlogged. I emailed Dealnews and they forwarded my note to them. At week 3 I received an email saying the item was unavailable from the manufacturer. Remember, I got a shipped notice at 24 hours. I was given the option to accept a different product or have my money refunded. I opted for the refund. Based on other reviews here I suspect they just give up and go away unless you report them to the BBB or in my case the shopping site. I need to say I have no issue with Dealnews. I've bought a bunch of stuff through them and have always, with this one exception been pleased.
I ordered claw garden gloves a month in a half ago. Ai have never received order. I've tried calling them and it says mailbox full. All emails are returned as could not send. I am contacting my credit card company to dispute this.
Ordered some items and was told could take up to 10 days for delivery. When it got to be two weeks, I checked the fed ex tracking numbers. Got the message that "these numbers do not exist", (obviously bogus numbers to begin with). I tried emailing them twice to find out where/when my items would be delivered, and called (getting an answering machine both times in the middle the day, and it stated that their hours are m - f, 9 30 - 5). No return call yet to date. The credit card transaction, however, went thru on the same day the order was put in. I am trying to work thru my credit card company to see if there is any recourse I can take to get a refund. The company is obviously very good at ripping you off!
Ordered socks. Not the same as their picture, same brand but thinner less expensive socks. Offered 1/2 off or return at my expense. All I wanted was the correct pictured items. Lousy customer service.
Miranda lied to me, emailed the following to me: Our phone system is working. There are only 2 of us in Customer Support, and the girl in the office has been in the hospital this week. I've been getting back to everyone as fast as possible. If you do not like waiting, you could always try our chat options.

Pulled a bait and switch by sending me an inferior product to the one advertised on their website, then refused to correct the issue when I contacted them. Not to mention it took them almost a month to ship. Stay away from this shady company.
Apparently, if your order is over $100, they ask that you verify your address. I was sent an email asking for verification, which I responded to. After I sent my response, they then charged my card but never shipped my products. Two months later I contacted them, they no longer had the product but they issued me a refund. But it is ridiculous to charge a customer without shipping their products. I asked if they wanted to do anything more to rectify the situation and they refused.
I ordered 24 MRE's from 13deals. They never delivered the MRE's. They claim the Shipper lost the MRE's. Then they said it was my fault? When I opened a BBB complaint, they said they did not want to do business with me again. I never got my MRE's and I lost my money. This place is complete fraud.
I ordered the K-cup deal also... 96 of them. I ordered them based on the video that was on their page that said they would be shipped in their original boxes except for the number of ones where the size box did not divide into the order evenly they would throw loose ones in to make up the difference. When I received the k-cups (which were 5 months past their exp date) there was not even one box. All the k-cups were just thrown into a shipping box. If I had know that, I would not have ordered them. Why even make the statement that the majority will be in original unopened boxes if that isn't the way you sell them? When I e-mailed customer service the only thing they would do (after going back and forth with e-mails numerous times) was to issue me a refund IF I paid to ship the items back. Lesson learned. I will not do business with them again regardless of the deal! Not worth it!
No communication or response for order that took over 30 days to ship. Complained to Paypal several times and finally received product. Again without any response from 13deals.com. Just like the number 13... bad luck and stay away. Crappy products and non existent customer service!
Order was for "two complete sets" of Rustoleum NeverWet. After a long time (nearly a month), only part of the order arrived--one set. So I paid twice the advertised price + shipping. Seller (jamminbutter.com aka 13deals.com) has not responded to email requests for refund. Seller's voicemail indicates seller will not respond to phone calls or voice mail messages. So the buyer is skrewed! BEWARE!
... And an even better place to buy. Good prices, quality and bargains are always offered while their buck deals are worth a visit. Recently they concocked a five dollar free shipping bargain day which I have taken a good amount of advantage of. Some selling at other shops for two even three times the price. 13 Deals is a great place to shop with lots of good buys. Try it at least once and I think you will agree.
Same experience(s) as the other unhappy customers. Card was charged day of purchase (instead of when shipped), waited a month, several emails then a reply stating I should track the item down with usps. Forget it. Will start a chargeback with my CC company.
Answer: 13 Deals and it's sister companies, one is That Daily Deal, are all legitimate. They sell buy-outs/close-outs, that sort of items. They use a middleman for shipping and they do get my purchases out to said courier in the stated amount of time, but the courier is slow as heck and takes an additional 3-weeks to get items to you. The packages are shipped but the route taken is the least costly, so goes way out of a direct path. Kind of like shipping from Tennessee to Ohio via boat to China and back. IDK, something like that to where your package will most always take 4-6 weeks to actually arrive, so ALWAYS ORDER that much earlier than you need/want it! Otherwise, seller is trustworthy but is a small business, so read all the fine print and don't bad name him just because you didn't make yourself aware of how it works. It's all there in print. How did I know if it wasn't there? I read it within my account.
Answer: It depends on what you order. You can get something within 2 weeks, or you can wait months without any type of resolution. I have been purchasing from jammin butter for several years, and have found that if I need something - like for christmas or a birthday - no matter how early I order, I won't get it in time, whereas if I order something on a lark, I get the item within a week or two.

Most sales are final, I believe, unless there is specifically something wrong. The business is fair as long as you are, too. Know what to expect. It's not Amazon, you know, it's a guy in Tennessee who has a small business. He posts helpful youtube videos to showcase some of his items. I've been a mostly satisfied customer for at least 10 years. Mostly because I despise the middleman courrier. They are just too slow once they get your electronic order, then the actual item to ship out.
