I ordered keurig vue cups. I never received the item. 13deals is blaming Fedex and USPS. They don't stand behind their service. Their recommendations to me is to "deal with it". My $15 is gone, no refund, no new shipping. They do terrible business. IT IS A GAMBLE SHOPPING ON THIS SITE.

Pre order mop;
June 6, 2017

I ordered a mop on Mar. 31 2017. Mind you it was a pre-order. So I can see that it would take a little while before getting it. But they spent no time in charging my card for the item as this was done on the day I ordered it. All of April goes by... nothing. All of May goes by. Still nothing. FINALLY, Jun 2nd I get an email saying my item is being shipped by UPS. On June 3rd... still in their warehouse, June 4th still in their warehouse, June 5th again still in their warehouse. June 6th I email them and did get an immediate reply, saying that the shipment will go out this week sometime and will be getting it shortly afterwards. Funny, as soon as I done this I went to the UPS site again, where they had originally told me I would have my package delivered on the 7th of June beforehand, now, has been updated to where it FINALLY is picked up and the delivery now is updated for the 9th. Please people, avoid this company at all costs... as their service is super, super slow.

Avoid at all costs. They do not honor their return policy. Will send defective merchandise & offer you a $5 coupon. Awful company to deal with during these times - holodays/Covid.

This place sucks

I ordered from them over a month ago I keep getting the run around I've tried to email them to find out what's up and I get a message saying that the message failed that the recipients mailbox is full... I assume because of all the other complaints they quit checking the emails. DO NOT TRUST THIS CRAP COMPANY ITS A SCAM

You might not like what I have to say, and that's okay, but at least be fair and open-minded.

Do your research!

If you see an item on 13 Deals or their sister sites, like That Daily Deal, and you find an item, look up said item in an internet search and see reviews and other sites that sell it.

The reviews may help you out a lot and then you can see if there's any better for you purchasing options.

This seller is certainly not a fraud, but he does appear to be a small business owner. And I think he buys close-outs, stores going out of business items, and whatever.

He uses a third party shipper, and he certainly does ship out his customers purchases, but here's where I withdrew two stars. That middleman shipper is the freaking culprit, and that's because "he" ships it in some oddly slow manner that takes your item in round about ways that seem like a package is going from Tennessee to China just get to Ohio, etc. That middleman courier is the meffer you need to be reporting!

However, the business that made the deal with shipper should at least make himself aware of the way the courier service is functioning.

As for the items you purchase, for crying out loud, your searching for this stuff in a discount house. Sometimes though, this business really does have some fantastic items. And any item that you really want, for whatever reason you want it, and no matter how "cheap" it is, is a deal to you if that's what you really want. Just research before you buy. He's no fraud. Do your part and know what your buying and search items from other sellers.

As for food items, I cannot say anything of those, simply because I refuse to buy food/candy/groceries - anything consumable online, and especially not from a closeout seller. But that in way means it's bad, it just means that's not my personal preference.

Totally scam they sent you totally $#*!ty items. I bought mystery box for my dog, and they ask size of my dog so I clicked on small. After I got it, everything that they sent was for LARGE DOG even it said for Large or 50lb over dog even on reciept it clearly said Small dog. Shipping takes forever. They never pick up the phone. There's no way to contact them since nothing works on website.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY CALLED 13DEALS.COM THEY TELL YOU YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SEND FEDEX AND SEND YOU A TRACKING NUMBER FOR IT. THE TRACKING NUMBER MEANS NOTHING. CAUSE THEY NEVER SEND THE ITEM OUT. THEY TOLD ME THAT THE ITEM THEY WERE SELLING WAS OUT OF STOCK, I LOOK ON THERE WEBSITE AND THEY ARE STILL SELLING THEM ON THERE. I ordered from this company and never received my merchandise but they sure as hell billed my AMEX card. I called their *******304 number and you get a recording 24/7 to leave a message. These go unanswered as well as their online form and e mails. I had to contact American Express to get my money back and file complaints with BBB and FTC. Similar complaints on BBB are filed also by others. I will never order from any of their companies again. These are ThatDailyDeal, Jamminbutter, 13deals, HoboNinja, SirMacho and 7deadlydeals. Consider yourself warned.

As my past experiences were good with 13 Deals, it doesn't excuse the poor and sarcastic customer service they recently provided. They provided me with the worst customer service that I had a need to post something to protect others from making a mistake. My experience all started because my apartment number was NOT in the text box they expected it to be when they shipped the package to the wrong address. The package was returned to them as undeliverable. To make matters worse, they will only provide me a 75% refund. The customer service rep "Miranda" had the nerve to email me a link to a positive review on the BBB (Better Business Bureau) Website because I sent a link to Reseller Ratings showing many negative reviews. Then she said in one of the emails that I should have noticed some of the positive reviews on Reseller Ratings. I pointed out that having a 2.19 rating out of 10 doesn't justify those minimal positive reviews.
I don't believe that the BBB has the same creditability it did years before the Internet Highway. I also remember a time years ago when they started charging a fee to submit a complaint. There are many more social and FREE Websites these days where consumers can post honest reviews.
I was so frustrated by that stupid comment to read the positive reviews that I sent other numerous links to sites having negative reviews. The stupid arrogant response was "Thanks for all the helpful links!" What a sarcastic comment from a company that I have trusted and purchased from many times in the past.
I learned my lesson and felt the need to share it to protect those who may put a period into the wrong box on their shipping area and then only receive a 75% refund when it's returned to them as undeliverable. In addition, I told "Miranda" that I want to close my account once the credit is applied and that I will never order from them ever again. I also mentioned that I will share the poor customer service I received to Websites such as this. Do yourself a favor and stick to the better shopping Websites having great deals such as Woot or research reviews on a Website before checking out your purchase. NEVER buy anything from these clowns.

Only after filing a complaint with Paypal 30 days after ordering was the order finally shipped. Direct emails were completely ignored. Never Again!

Slowest shipping ever

The customer service is the worst. They are cocky, they lie, they dump customers and cancel accounts rather than resolve the issues and admit mistakes. Their advertising is fraudulent. That's what I reported them about. They advertised the Snack With Me box as an $89.99 value for $29.99, however, the three boxes I received were barely a retail value of $50 worth of expired or expiring soon crap that didn't sell. Their excuse?

"As for the Value of the items you receive vs the value of what we have posted at $89.99. Please note, we do an average for the value of the items we send. Each monthly box will vary in items as well as value. There will be months when the value is 89.99+ and then month when it may be $50+. Regardless, you will always have more product and value than what is spent on the box."

However, the average of three boxes was still about $50 worth of crap. Still false advertising.

Since I reported them they cancelled my other subscription box account that I had not issue with. Here is how this company responds to customers. "Why would we keep you as a customer when you are expressing your unhappiness with us. You called us a fraud company and said we should get fined over a food box. We as a company have the right to cancel a customer account at any time, just like you have the right to flood our Facebook with complaints, report issues to the BBB and leave whatever review you'd like about the service. The internet is full of complaints. That's what people do best, however we have been in business for over 10 years and will continue. Your complains have been forwarded, documented and noted. However, we still aren't accepting your business. Your suggestion to change the ad was sent to that department, as I have no say in any of that."

In the end they LOSE $40 a month because of their arrogance. I save $40. Looks like it's a win win for me. No more CRAP and $40 more a month!
