Go on Gearbest Contact us and after Warranty and return. Follow the instructions. It's the best that you can do. Usually I open a ticket, they answer in 24 hours sometimes it's longer but not much.

My order was with standard shipping and arrived very fast. The item was sent from Europe warehouse. The items from China take longer time. I can't help you in your situation.

Yes But it took nearly 2 months to get I ordered a iPhone when I received it was not working but got a refund back, customer care is realy good if want a refund they will give you it with out hesitation.

If you need to contact then just open up a "ticket" you will need to sign up on their web page first. I know what your thinking, that you seen this before web sites with unbelievable prices but impossible to contact, and this throws up a red flag in your head. I have opened up several "tickets" for numerous reasons and they were always promptly responded to, no matter what the question or issue…

Yes how come you cant get any service or speak to anyone i have 2 orders sence dec 11 they took my money but have' not even started to fill my order, the phone number is a ny number no one has pick up and you cant use the live chat on site?

I had a problem with one order which I still haven, t received but they are legit. They advertise stuff they haven, t got so are at mercy of suppliers. They are still advertising the phone they can, t supply me. My ticket ran out and I had no contact but I sent a message on their Facebook site which got everything going again. You could try this. I have received two orders after the one I placed 6 weeks ago so no scam but big delays on some items

I have not gotten electronics from here yet, but I have purchased at least a couple hundred bucks in other merchandise over the past few months. I have always been pleased with what I have gotten, sometimes very pleased. Processing and shipping times can sometimes be quite long. My quickest order arrived in 10 days, the slowest took about a month. Taking into account overseas travel(most items ship from China) and time spent in customs, I guess this isn't too bad.

You are not alone. I ordered in Nov. 27th. They shipped out my order on Dec. 10 and the order status is still en route to DHL ecommerce distribution center on Dec. 20. They say it may take 45 business days to reach me. OMG. Hopefully, nothing goes wrong from here.

I ordered through GearBest 3 times. Each time it took at least double the ammout of time to show up than it told me. One time it didnt show up till two months later, when it said it would take two weeks. Order from somewhere else. You may save money, but its not worth the time.

Hi can i ask you a question? i ordered a helicopter from china through gearbest, my boyfriend used my visa card to order that one and deliver to the us. but now they want me to send them a picture of my id or passport and my visa card number. i am not comfortable with sending my private information. can i get refund if i cancel the order now. thank you so much for your help. i am loan from việt nam

Do NOT send them details - they are crooks. The did not deliver my goods and refused me a refund. This went on for months until I threatened to report them to the Chinese authorities - both here in the UK and in China. It may take a bit of effort to get details but it's worth it - I got a full refund credited to my credit card - they do not need your details - do not send - they are crooks.
