I am wondering if this is one of those stores like aliexpress where some pirats can offer whatever they want and then gearbest does not take any responsibility for that. how does it work? Thanks

I agree with Oliver, same words, same experience, and it seems that so many people's. If you buy in Gearbest you are taking a big risk. If you don't buy in Gearbest you will be saving yourself a lot of money and frustration. I wish somebody would have told me before.

There are no pirates needed. Gearbest is scam and they sell themselves whatever they want and do not take any responsibility for that. Their shipping policy, their return policy, all of their policies are worthless and they change them every second day. Last but not least their customer "service" is a joke.
