I returned a defective cell phne, which was just an exercise in frustration. I got an TBA from Gear Worst and sent it via USPS. Gear Worst claimed they never got it. You need to do what Micheal f says. But remember it will cost you for the return delivery and I'd you want a refund they will deduct the first delivery cost from your price you paid. So unless you have paid a lot it's pointless. These people should be closed down.

They'll say they never received your item. Just do a chargeback with your credit card company; that's the only way you'll get your money back for a defective or broken item.
