on 7/6/15Go on Gearbest Contact us and after Warranty and return. Follow the instructions. It's the best that you can do. Usually I open a ticket, they answer in 24 hours sometimes it's longer but not much.
I returned a defective cell phne, which was just an exercise in frustration. I got an TBA from Gear Worst and sent it via USPS. Gear Worst claimed they never got it. I just absorbed the loss and now try to tell others about it so they don't get shafted by these people. Gear Worst is doing it by the numbers. They sell cheap stuff and it's a one way sale. Their warranty doesn't mean $#*!.
You need to do what Micheal f says. But remember it will cost you for the return delivery and I'd you want a refund they will deduct the first delivery cost from your price you paid. So unless you have paid a lot it's pointless. These people should be closed down.
They'll say they never received your item. Just do a chargeback with your credit card company; that's the only way you'll get your money back for a defective or broken item.
Good luck with that it's been 3 weeks I am waiting on a reply to return a DOA istick 50w I'm giving up on that and moving on with my loss hope others see this and never order from that site
