I ordered through GearBest 3 times. Each time it took at least double the ammout of time to show up than it told me. One time it didnt show up till two months later, when it said it would take two weeks. Order from somewhere else. You may save money, but its not worth the time.

Getting in contact with these people was next to impossible for me. I tried every one of their "contact" pages and was Very Disappointed with them. Never got a phone number from them. The ONLY way they responded to their problem was when I opened a claim with PayPal. THEN they decided to connect with me. However, even then, they were quick to sound reasonable, but would NOT come through with offering a resolution. PayPal even chose to disbelieve that GearBest's shipment never reached me. It was PayPal that reluctantly caved in and refunded my money. I'm not too happy with PayPal for their dragging their feet, but I'm extremely unhappy with GearBest. GearBest gave me the impression that they simply did not want to hear from me. Even if you had a phone number, I seriously doubt you'd see a resolution.

Normally, it will be shipped out from China warehouse (if you didn't choose US warehouse). In terms of shipping time, from my experience, The shipping may take around 3~4 weeks. However, typically it will take extra a few more days for them to process your order before they eventually ship the stuff out. Well, there is not much to complain, I guess, since you got free international shipping. On the other hand, I personally received all my orders without any problem. So, you just have to be patient.
