Hi
Can I ask you a question? I ordered a helicopter from China through Gearbest, my boyfriend used my Visa card to order that one and deliver to the US. but now they want me to send them a picture of my ID or passport and my Visa card number. I am not comfortable with sending my private information. Can I get refund if I cancel the order now. Thank you so much for your help. I am Loan from Việt Nam

Do NOT send them details - they are crooks. The did not deliver my goods and refused me a refund. This went on for months until I threatened to report them to the Chinese authorities - both here in the UK and in China. It may take a bit of effort to get details but it's worth it - I got a full refund credited to my credit card - they do not need your details - do not send - they are crooks.

PAYPAL management has been notified thar they are being used to facilitate FRAUD. When Paypay realizes they are subsidizing the claims, they'll get around to not handling transactions with this organized criminal operation.
They have your money.

I managed to cancel all of my unsend orders. I paid with Paypal and i clearly told them I will not cancel my claims. Paypal will always refund if the seller has not shipped, cancelled or refuses to communicate. Pay all your internet orders with Paypal, it's the best insurance. If the seller ignores Paypal emails, they will loose the case for sure... You have to be patient, but Paypal will pay you back. Gearbest are a bunch of thieves... Just login into your Gearbest account and ask for a cancellation. If no reaction, ask again and again. I would also open a complaint at VISA. Visa is quite responsive for this type of complaints...

Yes you can. They are bound to cancel any items that haven't been shipped yet. In addition to that, call your credit card company and tell them that you have cancelled the order and they should reverse payments to gearbest.
