My order was with standard shipping and arrived very fast. The item was sent from Europe warehouse. The items from China take longer time. I can't help you in your situation.

Why isn't there a working number to call? I ordered something for my son for Christmas on Nov. 28th and I received an email that it was shipped the following day. It's Dec. 16th and I haven't received it and they haven't responded to my email, though they said they will respond in 24 hours. So mad and sad that my son will not get his gift. I can't afford to lose money. So mad and angry.

It depends on what you ordered. After receiving your order, they started to order and make payment to the vendor. Then the vendor schedules production. I might take a while. I would suggest submit a ticket and ask if there is a date assigned to your order. They do not carry much stock. No matter what the shipping methods are, they have no product to dispatch. It can be 30 days wait, or you can ask for refund. Hope this is helpful.

Same thing happen to my order. I sent an e-mai to customer support and order arrived about a week later. Week after I received the order unit stopped working and refund issues. Only willing to refund(not going to count on it) about 1/3 of my order to paypal.
