Yes But it took nearly 2 months to get I ordered a iPhone when I received it was not working but got a refund back, customer care is realy good if want a refund they will give you it with out hesitation.

I never got mine and no response even after raising 2 support tickets. Finally managed got an email after posting negative reviews on several review sites. A refund was made promptly after that.

I never got mine. They keep sending auto answer questions in email to pay 20 more dollars for shipping when I live beside a post office. I told them to refund my money and still have not got my refund. I also order exact same product off of amazon. It was 2 dollars higher retail price. But I received the item 3 days later. So go figure!
